I have started to read up on Monetha and the more I read the more I like it. It has a strong team, nice whitepaper, clear roadmap and they should have the funding they need since the ICO was sold out.

I read a lot about "I believe in the project and will keep holding". For us thinking of investing, why should we invest? What is the reason for this loss in interest?

Monetha hosting an event tonight "London Blockchain Summit", you can check for yourself or wait a little longer and find out tomorrow from me. I will be attending tonight at this meeting. There is nothing wrong with tech either, Monetha decided not to worry about price for now and not release their sourcecode on GitHub and keep safe from copycats. Monetha ICO is for long-term investors and so far this thread is a battleground for FUD that is so stupid that is below any moral level I've ever seen here on the forum.

When the exchanges aren't making money from the transactions, they ditch the coin.  When people can't sell because nobody is buying, its game over.  Goodbye Monetha.  At least you tried.

Yes. Because all of the greatest technology companies in the world were built upon their leaders traveling around the world doing roadshows and conferences instead of building the technology they committed too.

Monetha may not be a scam but they are not lead by experienced operators that understand that real businesses are made from products and services that generate revenue. These guys don’t even have a product. Only wireframes and one page website after two months since raising $37m.

This progress could have been accomplished in one weekend... SMH. Even their current market cap and valuation are too high.

I agree about the last point but I am certain that the Monetha-team has much bigger plans than the one-page-website. Justas and K. Fairbank aren't programmers. Would you rather have them sit in Estonia at the office?

Wouldn't you rather have their weekly updates provide more detail then the team just moving into the office and attending conferences?  Your right, Justas and Kellogg aren't programmers.  And therefore I don't give a S#*T about their updates.  They think that by them attending conferences, it will attract more investors... but unfortunately that isn't going to move the needle on their token price.  They should have their CTO providing weekly updates from a product perspective... It's sad that they don't know how to run a business.

Yes but their first priority isn't to double your money. Their first priority is to secure the long term vision and development of the project. If you think they fail, well maybe you should sell. I don't know but for now I am not very nervous.

Exchange? Promised a major exchange in first month. Binance came too little, too late. They did not want to pay Binance fee, imagine you have 37 MUSD and you don't want to pay $20.000-30.000 or whatever and delayed it with a community driven voting. There was a lottery scam also, made by one of the whales and he just sent the donations to his alt-account.

Office? too little, too late. Where's the Singapore office? Why suddenly everything turned into a Lithuanian office?

Developers? Lithunian only, I have not heard a more retarded strategy to limit yourself to one country unless you have deep connections with the government. I told them to build a team with a diversive racial profile, female, male, asian, black, hispanic etc. they don't seem to understand the need for it.

Advisors? They are a fucking joke. I don't know how much they are getting paid for doing nothing.

Conferences / Presentations? You don't need them if you have good hype management. Has any conference changed any price action or attracted a new whale? They are wasting their time thinking that they spread Brand Awareness. This is not real world where you present the new Mercedes or Iphone 9, this is crypto world, conferences doesn't have any effect on crypto investors.

I advised them a lot, I really really spent a lot of time here, sent them personal mails, tried take them to right direction. But they are naive and young and their ICO success made them think that they know better than others.

I really wish they did not receive 37 MUSD in 18 minutes, but receive 37 MUSD maybe in a slower progress over a week or two or a month with a slowly increasing community support. That fast ICO made them arrogant and led them to think they are geniuses.
