I bought some tokens on exchange below ICO price, but now price fallen in 2 times more.  Current price around 1/4 of ICO.

I agree that the team should also focus on the community, since it will be the community for a big part that will be enthousiastic about a project or about news before the price changes.

They cannot be on the forums every hour but just try to connect with the investors or answering certain questions / uncertainties would calm a lot of people down.

I have to say that i still think this can work, but i cant hide that i am a bit dissapointed at the moment.

Sure not every ICO can be a huge success but 1 / 4 of ICO price is really really low.

Really I don't know if it can work or if it is a scam, I posted days or even weeks ago here to say that I still didn't get my tokens from the ICO. I invested my money and I still got nothing and noone from the team answered me... It is not normal that they are ignoring their investors, I would like to get my tokens please.

I think what is happening now is not  peculiar only to Propy, most ICOs in September have dumped below their ICO price, though this may take some time before the price regain its BTC value but I still feel Propy is a sound project

I think so too. Also Real the other real estate ICO is down. I am really interessted what will happen to Atlant when they launch tomorrow. I think they might go down as well. These real estate projects are all long term.

A sad story with this project. It was quite long, but probably due to a large number of bounty participants, they paid very little about $ 75 - it was possible to gain and then, put out a warrant for 40 cents, got into the pampus, and before that was 20 cents.

I am following REAL, PROPY and ATLANT.

To me, ATLANT is the most active and promising. They will close the ICO-sale today < 7 million dollars. That is smaller than REAL & PROPy but I do not expect the team to 'neglect' their community by not updating their website or not sharing any news (or what should be called news).

Unless they do the same off course... which would be not smart. They have a number of exchanges lined up, one of them happens to be one of the biggest in all of Asia. REAL & PROPY need to step up their game if they want to compete.

I agree. Everybody knows that bitcointalk is a very popular source of information. They use it to promote the ICO and afterwards can not just ignore it because everything will lose value. Especially in an environment where a lot of people are very fast to scream 'scam', it is tricky not to be engaged with the investors...
