I don't smoke anymore, havent in years.  I've only got one buddy who says that an ecig helped him stop.  But idk how true any of that is.  Imho, if you WANT to stop smoking you will, regardless if you start jumping on the trend or not.

I never smoke, I hate to emit the flue gas, filled with a lot of nicotine, benzene and butane, so I feel uncomfortable chest tightness, I think smoking is a very uncivilized behavior. Secondhand smoke causes trouble, so smoking is also an irresponsible behavior.

Everything flows, everything changes. Not so long ago all I remember is the Marlboro cowboy. And for the last time tell
