I smoke both ordinary cigarettes and electric. They do not replace each other.
Vape is more a replacement hookah.

If you have a bad habit to smoke, try to change it and get the right habit not to smoke.

And you know what - when quitting smoking e-cigaretters did not help. They just tease you to take the real one.  So anywhys and anyways hookah helped me to give up smoking for sure much faster.

And read the book, I don't remember who was its author - Thank you for Smoking. Yeah I know there's a movie picture shot after it. But reading helped me a lot to quit smoking.

Smoking is crap but check out youtube.  Several Doctors that endorse vaping over smoking hands down.  Also a video of a gentleman that has been vaping for about 3 years.  He shows his before and after x rays of his lungs.  Going from smoking to vaping, a noticeable difference!  His lungs look much better after 3 years of vaping!

I do not recommend electronic cigarettes. 4 years ago I tried for 3 months. Almost everyday I had a pain in my thorat. The best thing is not to smoke but it is very hard to give up smoking. Actually 6 months ago I stopped for 2 months but I started again. So event electronic cigarettes are not good!

Yo bro i used to smoke 1-2 packs a day for yeaars man, it was killing me slowly and my breath and all was getting crappy, and i was getting so breathless if i ran or something, then i switched to e cig and wow bro its the only thing that ever worked for me to help me stop smoking these nasty af cigarettes man, now my breath doesnt smell like ass and shit in a blender and i can breath much more free lol, 10/10 recommend e cig

Vapes do work, especially the more powerful ones. If you want to quit, just slowly lower your dosage each bottle you buy. Or mix it yourself and take the concentration down by 2mg each run.

Man the juice prices are so much better than cigarettes. So yeah it's 1000% worth it but it doesn't give you that buzz cigarettes do. Also when you're out clubbing you can't chain smoke the entire night.
