If you are a smoker, then maybe electric cigs might be useful to help you quit smoking.  That said, do watch out for them exploding; or, maybe its their lithium batteries.  Anyway, take care.  Perhaps, a nicotine patch, or chewing gum, would be best for that transition phase when you kick the habit.

But, for non-smokers, e-cigs are poison; they serve no purpose because not only do they have the same amount of nicotine as regular 'smokey' cigs, they also contain additional hazards.

Quite an interesting invention of this century, I as a man who gave up smoking 10 years ago, I love to indulge in an electronic cigarette or hookah. I think it's content with an interesting thing, especially who likes to smoke for their pleasure))

I've been smoking for a good few years now and before trying the electric cigarettes it was a maybe but after trying them it's definitely a no because I still felt like having a traditional cigarette after... I know it's probably mostly psychological but still.

The best choice is NO smoke at all! It's way too early in the lifespan of eCigs to confidently know whether or not it will have drastic implications for your body. Consider how cavalier the world was about cigarette smoking in its inception. Why repeat a mistake?
