but I would warn everyone against smoking and not using electronic cigarettes. The fact is that these devices are not completely on their backs and no one can tell how it affects the human body. Today, such a huge and fast fashion for electronic cigarettes, which we can overlook as harming ourselves even worse than plain tobacco.

I think it's fun. I smoked a vita-cig which has no nicotine or anything harmful in it. Just water vapor and actual vitamins that are good for you. Leo DiCaprio smokes them. Check them out

I actually did stop my smoking addiction to tobacco, when i discovered e cigarette. But a new addiction rose and its smoking vapor. Trust me if you really want to stop smoking anything just have another hobby, like going to the gym, or boxing

Yup! It works for me. I've been on it for the longest time now and i never looked back. I tried smoking a stick and i didn't get to finish it. It really feels good vaping compared to smoking.

The electric cigarette of course not enough. It's clearly the impact of the non electric cigarette, but electric cigarette is more dangerous than it eventhough there are so much people uses it. The liquid in the electric cigarette make the skin touched burn. I will not say much bere. But from the article that i read, electric cigarette is forbidden for your own health. Tips to stop is to better eat snacks or anything else you can eat that of course good for your health.

It's really shit. I smoked for 8 years and gave up because of the soon-to-be-born child. I have not been smoking for 3 months, although I could not last a day before. It's all about motivation, if there is someone for whom or when health deteriorates, then you'll quit in any case.

I personal think that it's bullshit, but there is a few stories of people who was smoking for 10 years and with electric cigarette stop smoked. I'm a smoker and i would like to stop that's why i need your advice.
