Nope, I don't think so that electric cigarette works to stop smoking. I think it would be much better for you to keep your mouth busy (like eating gums or chips) as it will help you more than the electric cigarette.

Maybe. I don't really smoke, but people I know considers e-cig better than smoking cigarettes. The people around the smoker doesn't have to deal as a 2nd hand smoker and less harmful effects than cigarettes.

I don't approve E-cigar. A study found out that it can cause cancer and research to its safety needs more further research so better be safe than sorry for years using it.

I personal think that it's bullshit, but there is a few stories of people who was smoking for 10 years and with electric cigarette stop smoked. I'm a smoker and i would like to stop that's why i need your advice.

Yes IMO, is the best way to get out if real cigs, which is the number one death problem in the world.
