I personal think that it's bullshit, but there is a few stories of people who was smoking for 10 years and with electric cigarette stop smoked. I'm a smoker and i would like to stop that's why i need your advice.

It depends in the person. I just believe that e-cigarette is has less risk compared to tobacco but if you really like to stop, discipline yourself and be commited because you are the only one who can help yourself.

Im a smoker, but as of the moment i discovered about IQOS which originated in Japan, I got mine last February and ive been using IQOS since then.. IQOS stands for I Quit Original Smoking.. heat stick, not burning.

If you want to quit smoking, then you should totally avoid any kinds of smoke. Whether it is a normal cigar or electric cigar. There is no difference between that two. It is just an alternative but it didn't help at all. Because both are harmful.

In my opinion lot of people start to smoke because they like see the smoke that is coming out the mouth. Electric cigarette can help you only if you smoke for that reason because the smoke that you throw out your mouth is much more than a tobacco cigarette.

yes. I was able to stop smoking with the help of e-cig. Just get the right knowledge and support before you start.

I was also a smoker for 15 years since I was in highscholl but I totally quit my vice 2 years ago. If you are planning to quit it takes a lot of endurance to resist temptation of puffing a stick and you should be fully commited in reaching your goal.

It is depend on you dude. If you really wanted to stop smoking then you need to start with your own. Only you will help yourself. Right? As far as I know electric cigarette can just lessen smoking but you still using the electric cigarette as an alternative of the cigarette.
