E-cig is the best way to quit smoking. But if you're not a smoker, don't use it. I stopped smoking and switched to E-cig because I decided that I need to be healthy if I'm planning to have a family. It's been 2 years now and I have a 2 month old daughter. Im planning to lower  down the nicotine content of my juices and hopefully remove my fixation of inhaling smoke/vapor after meals. Hope this would help you decide!
