I personal think that it's bullshit, but there is a few stories of people who was smoking for 10 years and with electric cigarette stop smoked. I'm a smoker and i would like to stop that's why i need your advice.

Whether it is electric or not, quit smoking. Its not healthy. I just dont understand why they spend their money to have a cigarette, is smoke healthy? Well, if it is, just fire up every papers you have and enhale every smoke you see. Lol.
Just wanna share, one of my friend get rid of this habit by trying mint candies.

I've tried both, electric cigarettes are fancy and the flavors
are fun but nothing beats the taste of a real cigarette on my opinion.
Both have pros and cons, but they are both bad for your health.
The taste is the most significant difference though.

I've tried it a bit, and I'd say both electric and common cigarettes are nothing compared to a good pipe with cherry-flavored tobacco.
Just when you smoke a pipe (i do it on very rare occasions, 3-4 times a year maybe), it feels more like a tradition than some habit. And that is what's really priceless.

I think that is just a reason. if indeed you want to stop smoking just one way you can do, that is keep the cigarette away from yourself. I'm sure, it will not take a very long time. just a week you can forget the cigarette and will not suck it anymore.

A big no no! Whether electric cigarette or not, it's still bad for your health. That's unwanted smoke you put into your lungs and also endager others you inhale that puff of smoke.

I don't smoke though I have had the occasional cigarette every now and again, and whilst I can enjoy the effect of them the smell and taste is pretty horrible. E-gigs are kinda the best of both worlds. You get the nicotine hit but without the horrible smell and the taste is actually very nice as there are literally hundreds of flavors to choose from. They also don't have all the cancer-causing chemicals that cigarettes do so it's win-win in my opinion. I still don't vape but I've tried it and if I had to choose between a vape or a cigarette I would go with the vape. They're just so much more economical and a much more pleasant experience. You can even get nicotine free ones if you just want the feel or look of vaping without the addictive properties.  I would honestly be very surprised if cigarettes aren't almost extinct within ten to twenty years or so because pretty much everyone I know who smokes cigs has now moved into vaping and the ones who don't will just kill themselves off over time and the younger generation very likely isn't going to pick up the habit and will just vape instead if at all.

I know some people who stopped smiking with the help of el. cigarettes.
But I have smoked for almost 15 years and I don't believe it would help me.
