Altcoins definitely have a bright future. We have seen it and its only getting started. There are some coins which solve real problems. I like EOS, IOTA, Stratis, TenX to name a few.

I believe Bitcoin has a future in long term. It proved itself in the past years and it is getting widely popular. It just has a transaction fee problem atm.

What about the altcoins? Who does use them for real? Will people use them in the future for real purpose?

I only have a hope for ethereum and litecoin, but not for the rest. I am not even sure for eth and ltc.

If bitcoin solves the reansaction fee and time problem, I doubt eth and ltc even have a future.
I think Bitcoin and altcoin will continue side by side.
but there are some altcoins that are excluded due to some problems such as the absence of a dev responsible or no enthusiasts for the altcoin.

Not all of them, only a few of the altcoins really have a future. Ethereum, Litecoin, Waves, Dogecoin, Ripple, and Monero.

In my opinion, Only the ethcoins are valuable in all the altcoins because it has the most potential and the value is increasing to $400 and will reach $500 nearly but maybe its just only because of the month like december.

Not all altcoins have a future but few of them does. In my opinion, it will greatly depend on its application and necessity to the consumer and producer. If users find it way more easier and safer than using fiat money then that altcoin has a future of becoming successful.

i have a feeling that most of altcoins' future depend on btc as btc is the face of crytocurrencies at the moment.
This is correct but at he same time while some altcoins are worth your investment, altcoins have a problem, if bitcoin begins to do badly then it is likely they are going to do badly as well but if bitcoin begins to do well as it is doing now then altcoins are not going to be able to grow as fast as bitcoin.

I believe if Bitcoin is still existing, Altcoin also exist. If Bitcoin has a future, then Altcoin has future too. I think these two will go together though Bitcoin can stand without altcoin. But, Bitcoin also needs other altcoin in order for the two to survive.

yes some of altcoins but not all, you may want to consider on every altcoin and their usage,
some does also exist on market already and being used
as payment option also such as Litecoin, Ethereum,
monero , Dash etc.

do some research on some altcoin and you'll see their
project and long term growth and mass adoption besides bitcoin.
always do your own research about different altcoin.

Yes I think, there are altcoins that really show good growth.
but I think not everyone has a future, some may continue and others can be lost.
Actually it's hard to predict which altcoins really are in the future.

There is still a tendency that the government will choose a centralized crypto currency, altcoin will be the solution for them and this is indeed a serious problem. The price increase is not as tight as bitcoin but altcoin is able to give more things because it berientasi on business projects, the addition of functions to not only be used as an exchange commodity will make altcoin become complex and reliable.

Yes, each altcoin has an individual identity which makes it stand out from each other. While Bitcoin might die or thrive, where the high transaction fees may discourage users, other cryptos such as Ether and Lite can survive independently based on it's own principles. Maybe it might even catch up to btc. Who knows.

When evaluating a coin, we need to consider the development for a whole year, do not just look few weeks. With this view, we definitely confirm that altcoin has a great growth in recent years, IOTA, ETH, Bitcoin cash, Litecoin, Monero, Stelllar are examples. And I believe that altcoin will have a good development in the fututre
