Do you set up limits for yourself?

I always find it difficult to practice what i have planned with funds i have to gamble. I often gamble indefinitely and lose everything i have. When it's up, i always convince myself by setting limits. However when gambled, i repeated the mistake. Until finally feel bored with gambling.

Anyway, why do you do that? Why do you need limits and why do you go beyond it? Just gamble with money you can afford to lose, if you can afford to lose 5$ than don't gamble with 20$. It is so simple.

Maybe hes rich enough to waste up money even more.Even he do know already that he would lose he just neglect on the limitation that he has set.If you do repeat this kind of habit and repeat the mistake all over and over again for sure you would end up nothing on playing gambling knowing that this thing will really wreck you down.

Yes of course, If I feel the game I'm unlucky , I would stop to gamble because if I'm continue it's possible to high a risk my lose. But if I'm feel better and I'm lucky , I'm enjoying the game and sometime I need a break to!stop the flow of the game if I'm in the stage of losing.

gambling problem i guess, this previous replied only shows that this person doesn't have any control and even setting some plan he cant
execute that when he already in the actual game better to stop, quitting is much better than losing and became addicted too much.

it is mean nothing when it comes to gambling , setting up the limit maybe work for a couple times only , but as time goes by you will feel like too excited to gamble , and that is the reason why you always crossed the limit no matter how hard you are trying.

Setting a limit works but it works with people that are disciplined and know exactly why they are gambling and do not have any delusions that they are going to somehow beat the house, if you do not have those characteristics then setting a limit in gambling will eventually fail.

We have to limit our money, we have to limit our time to gamble, it is a way that we do not gamble too much, it is a way to control ourselves. It is also a way to practice our discipline. If we can do well it means we are well disciplined. That discipline can keep us from being addicted.
