I don't gamble but if I did I would never gamble more than 0.1 BTC... so thats like thousands of satoshis...and when I lose them all I will be depressed ... until the next morning lol

Yes. And this is the best way keep you from being addicted to gambling. Gambling becomes addicting when you exceed your limit and even borrow from others or sell your properties.

Gambling is fun. But you always have to be responsible and be aware that it can really be addictive. In my case, the allotted limit for gamling will already be considered an expense. That means that it is a money that I can really afford to loose for that momeny.

The best way of not becoming a gambling addict is to not play it even if I will play it in limits with a small affordable amount but it will become my routine. For instance, if I gamble at every weekend, then after some time I will start feeling like gambling on the same day of the week but the best thing about this method is I won't get hurt and that is the most important thing.

Just try to limit your gambling frequency , make it as an occasional entertainment.
People too naive to consider gambling as a source of making money , it won't happened.

it always be a big regret when you come to a land based casino and stake everything you have. back to home without a single buck left. in your mind you will always telling yourself that "why you did not stop immediately after even get a small win"

for me, that amount is too big for playing gambling because i am too afraid to place a bets with big amount. usually i only place small bets like 1k satoshi and i can played over and over until i think i am enough for playing the games. i can not imagine if i am use 0.1 and then i am losing that money, i must be really sad and maybe i can not forget my losing.

We all know that gambling is not only a fun but also potential danger. So are you limiting yourself somehow when gambling? DO you use casino's instruments to prevent you spending more money?
Or do you just limit yourself by setting a certain amount of money to spend? Or you don't limit yourself at all?

Giving ourselves limitations is very important, especially if you entered in gambling world that is very much needed for us to avoid big losses  into our bankroll. Because giving limits to ourselves is the best tools to maximize our losses in the gambling sites.

Yes, I do set my limits and I guess it should be a mandatory for all gamblers. For me to avoid spending more than I can't afford to lose, I set barriers for myself such as I only bring a minimal amount of money whenever I gamble. Minimal money means exact money for food and for the game nothing more and nothing less. But let's face it, It is easier to say than done because of the influence of others, Our self-greed, and Temptations. To be successful in such a process one must be fully committed to it, to avoid further losses and damages.

I limit myself in budget and especially in time. Limits in budget have been largely discussed here but I think limits in time are more important. When you are playing for too long, even if you are within your budget limits you start getting stressed, emotional, and the worst thing is that most of the times you don’t even realize it and start taking bad decisions.

Not only a good way but probably the best way that anyone could make of. If we dont set any limit at all then it will be hard for us, we probably couldnt control our action because we are heavily addicted . IF we set limit then even if we are addicted then probably we are not going to lose more than wht we have already set before we play

You are right. Just set a small amount or limit so that if you lose, you can easily earn that again. At least you can still play and at the same time you control it. Nobody prevents us to gamble it's just that we have to be sure that all of our money will not be invested from gambling so that these money will grow on other ways. Just let yourself play for the purpose of fun not for winning instant because sometimes we can lose and some other time we can also win from it. Play wiser and limit it as long as you can still replace it easily when you lose. There was this quote when you enter a gambling place "play for fun and losing is not playing a large amount of money at the second time to get your loss back".

I dont really know how could it be stop but until now whenever I lose I want to get it all back in one swoop. A bigger bet than what I have lost so that it will be an instant revenge but no, I always end up on the losing bet.
There is no limit to someone who is losing more, even the winners cant stop because they want more.

Exactly, you'll never find satisfaction in gambling if you will not learn how to limit your bet.
This kind of game where there is a big risk is something that we have to be more serious, although it's fun but without limit we will never gonna experience the real fun because in the long run when we loss control we will lose more and more money which will only make us desperate in gambling. With limitation we will be able to stop when needed and without regrets because we are sure spending what we can afford to lose only.
