You seem to have not much experience from this business.
Dumpers ruining the market? Market means there are buyers and sellers, they decide where the marketprise will be.
Dumpers are also useful.
-They are stopping a very fast growing of a coin, so whales can join for a low prise.
-They are distributing the coin among others, if they would dump later for a higher prise, would this be better?

Why are they ruining your market, do you want to sell in near future? If not, stay cool, nothing to fear.

Why do you want to find and hunt them?
They can sell their 10 %, there is nothing wrong.
If they sell more than 10 % they will be excluded from future airdrops, that means more coins for us and getting rid of weak hands.

I see no problem if some people dump in a strong community, its very healthy to grow slowly and steadily.

I think you also need to consider that in a lot of regions in the world for example 3000$ for 1000 onions is a huge amount of money maybe as much as they would earn in 6 months with average work. And if they were part of the airdrop since round 1 they have even more onions.
So you can't blame some people if they can't resist to cash out their onions when the price is as high as now.

How much everyone is getting for free reminds me of how awful this "Newbie" status is and how I should have started chatting sooner instead of just reading.  Congratulations for getting in early... I was happy I bought at 9k sats.  Still really looking forward to new exchanges coming on board.  Does anybody know about  when bittrex will join, or cryptopia?

I'm of the mind that some dumping is actually very healthy for the liquidity of the market. The price will be decided by the buyers and the sellers. I'd rather see some coins in circulation than a big buildup that is not sustainable. The price is rising gradually, this is a good thing.

Agree. But I would nevertheless recommend to them to hold, to keep up the rate for staking. This will get them continuous and sustainable income. I just do not know yet, how much can be really achieved, as I was till yet just lucky with one small stacking result. So I am going to monitor this, how it will hopefully improve. It this normal that the staking weight stays with 1 all the time? Any advise appreciated. ThankYou (THNX)
