So it's just file verification. By I seem to remember the term up to 1GB, what is that in reference to?

1 GB limit is the a limit for the maximum size of file the DeepOnion wallet can process (= calculate a hash from). Only a hash is stored on the blockchain and not a file itself.

Nice to have lots of peoples in comunity   But sound like explosion in numbers  

Some blacklisted users and rejected applicants made honest mistakes that led them not to participate in the airdrops. If they knew the fine details of the rules better, the airdrop participants would be quite large by now. Sooner or later, the number of airdrop participants will become big anyway as a result of the continuous Deep Onion signature and social media campaign. The "Join the free Deep Onion airdrop" ad is very visible now so I suspect that member growth and awareness of Deep Onion will be exponential in the not so distant future, if it is not already happening right now.

Yup thats what happened to me. I made a signature mistake and didn't have my 10 posts yet. So I got blacklisted and have been fighting to get in for over a month. Been really getting my posts up and finally am getting close to getting in hopefully.

Exactly niklasmato. Most of users here are based here on this ANN page, because I don't know, they think if they post here, DO admins would prefer it and say: ''yes, this member is very active''. Ok, that is also some kind of activity and a great support to community, but soon this ANN will have more than 2000 pages, and it would be smart move to direct your activity to local threads and other part of forum. That would increase number of new supporters.

When new rules come out focus will be more on official DO forum. They mentioned something like,
posting on BTC will be mandatory, but less than 10 post a week and posting on DO forum will be mandatory too.
So we gonna move on DO forum as main focus.

Onions are a good project, but the distribution mechanism is too strict, leading to a lot of people can not participate

its not that its strict. the goal of deeponion is to distribute onion to a more number of people (Decentralize) but there are a lot of people who are having multiple accounts that's why deeponion has improve its security protocol to detect those users with multiple accounts. that should be the goal of other cryptos, but deeponion has achieve it far better than those alt coins.

It also shows how much they care about the coin. The concept in my head is very hard to explain. But take a coin like eBtc. That airdrop was open for around a week, the only requirement was an email, and it had a supposed 8,000 members registered. Yet that didn't add up, because the thread was very inactive by the time the air drop ended. DeepOnion took around what? Two months to get 2,000 registered users. Yet a shit coin eBtc gets 8,200 supposed people in it?

What I'm trying to say is look at the fraud when you don't have requirements. eBtc went from .74 to .02, with even the deb dumping all of his coins and a lot of noobs lost a lot of money.

So I understand the frustration in those who are legit and haven't gotten in, but that other alternative is much worse.

ebtc is a total scam for the first place. it uses the name BTC to use investors into buying ebtc for their bitcoins. that's why it lured 8,000 users in a faster rate. on the other hand, deeponion is a different kind of coin that is serious with its functionalities and innovations. not like other coin that only gets your bitcoins and die.

I doubt you'll get a straight answer for your question at this time. There are new airdrop application rules comming out soon with some changes.

This is true, after the last airdrop there is a concern about mass dumping so adding a big exchange will allow the value to plummet. Using trex after stablising the price is a good tactic to ensure smooth organic growth

I have problem participating air drops every Friday..
I typed wrong ID numbers when they asked me to and now I can't change it on my own..
I was writting to admins and to support ticket section and still nobody answering me..
If somebody had simillar problem please let me know how to fix it.  

You might want to read 1st page about how to get in the airdrop.
The signature you have is not even for this airdrop.
If you followed anything on this thread the you should know that pending rule changes you're not getting in until after 16th airdrop.

I know that my current signature is not for deep onion airdrop ( it's for PoS ) but if I put it on my profile I still couldn't manage to apply for airdrop because of ID issue.. (wrong typed)
For this kind of problem I need someone in higher position to fix my problem.
