I have withdrawed 3 times without problem btw, and I do 30k multiplier rolls per day to get bonus tokens, (1 token bet, on win set to high, reset to starting stake, on lose set to low, reset to starting stake).
I can lose up to 600-700 tokens but you get 1300 tokens from the 2 challenges (multiplayer rolls per day and multiplayer tokens betted).
I am at 118k tokens atm after 40 days (I converted 20k satochis as well)

Why are you still using the multiplier. I lost too many tokens here and gave up. Now only faucets.
Exactly as Silasftw say, you can get benefit, very very little (near $0,10 per day) but enough to getting started with crypto for most of people... but the problem with coinpot.co is the unfairness of its multiplier: after a "normal" week (near 300 tokens lost daily but 1300 won with challenges) today again it seems like the "you-dont-win" admin button was pressed again I have withdrawed 3 times without problem btw, and I do 30k multiplier rolls per day to get bonus tokens, (1 token bet, on win set to high, reset to starting stake, on lose set to low, reset to starting stake).

Definately you're very lucky EDIT: NEW ADVICE!!!!

I have nothing to live for anymore, I have to walk towards the light, I hope Robin Williams is there. http://coinpot.co/news/coinpot-and-partner-faucets-are-closing-down

What a shame, one of the oldest players is pulling out. I guess it's time to quickly convert our tokens into BTC and start cashing out... Anyway, here's the full news: CoinPot and partner faucets are closing down! Posted: 2021-01-15 08:00 UTC We are sad to announce that CoinPot and our 7 partner faucets will be closing down over the next few months. This decision has been made with a heavy heart for the reasons that we have detailed below. As always we are fully committed to our loyal and fantastic users and we will ensure that you have enough time to make final faucet claims and withdraw any remaining balances. Further details about this and timelines are also set out below. Which web sites does this affect? CoinPot coinpot.com Moon Bitcoin moonbit.co.in Moon Dogecoin moondoge.co.in Moon Litecoin moonliteco.in Moon Dash moondash.co.in Moon Cash moonbitcoin.cash BitFun bitfun.co Bonus Bitcoin bonusbitcoin.co When will this happen? These are the important dates that you need to be aware of... 31ST JANUARY 2021 At midnight on the 31st January 2021 the following will happen... All 7 faucets will cease to operate. No further faucet claims will be possible after this time and each faucet will be replaced by a holding page advising of the closure. The following functions of CoinPot will cease... Registration (no new users will be able to register) Lottery Multiplier Challenges VIP Rewards Mining The following functions of CoinPot will continue to be available... Sign In/Out Conversion Withdrawals 28TH FEBRUARY 2021 4 weeks later at midnight on the 28th February 2021 the following will happen... The remaining functions of CoinPot will cease... Sign In/Out Conversion Withdrawals CoinPot will be replaced by a holding page advising of the closure. All private user data, email addresses, security credentials etc will be removed from our servers for all 8 web sites Why are we closing down? The quick answer to this is that we no longer have the time or resources to maintain the faucets at the quality level you have become used to. The longer answer... The faucets and CoinPot have always really been run as a hobby, something we do for fun and learning outside our families and day jobs. We have always tried to earn enough from advertising revenue that we could pay for the servers and hosting costs and then pay out everything else to you as faucet claims and referral commission. This policy meant that our faucets gained a reputation as the highest paying faucets around and grew very quickly. Added to this, the success of CoinPot with its games/mining/challenges/VIP etc meant that we were spending more and more of our spare time improving/fixing things. Unfortunately the biggest time drain has become fighting fraud and identifying cheaters. This is neccesary as otherwise our extremely small profit margins would be wiped out overnight! During the last few years we have built an incrediby complex and successful fraud engine that analyses users claiming patterns and looks for fraud/bot usage. This grows constantly with new techniques to fight the bad guys! We are extremely proud of how this fraud fighting works - and it is this part of the CoinPot system that will live on in the future... Starting from next month we are embarking on a major new project which we cannot reveal too much information about right now. It is within the crypto world but totally unrelated to faucets, and it will be built around the CoinPot fraud engine and all the knowledge we have accumulated from this over the years. This means however that we just cannot justify the time we spend on CoinPot and the faucets any more. They will be closed down completely by the end of February as we have detailed above. We will remain big believers in cryptocurrency and will continue to closely follow the faucet world. And we hope we can stay friends with everyone that we have met on this amazing journey since 2014! Best of luck The CoinPot team Source: http://coinpot.co/news/coinpot-and-partner-faucets-are-closing-down

Ahhh, so sad. But they have been very professional at communcating the shutdown so in advance to give time to all users to withdraw safely. This is no small thing in the crypto world where usually these services simply shutdown and the users are left with nothing. Goodebye CoinPot

Why not selling the whole thing? Im sure there would be people that were interested and they could get a bit of money for it. I guess if you do it right you can make some money with it.

Maybe because they should their anti-fraud technology with it and apparently it's not in their plan because they want make a living out of that tech.

Introducing their VIP system with unreasonably high interest rates a few months before shutting down just to get people to deposit large amounts looks really shady in hindsight.
I'm not sure how effective their fraud detection system was. They seemed to ban a lot of regular users and a lot of bots were still able to get through. If this system wasn't able to keep their faucet in business then I don't see how they will be able to turn this into a profitable service.

I'm not sure how effective their fraud detection system was. Literally ALL fraud detection systems are counter productive, NONE has EVER worked, ALL drive away regular users but keep the cheaters. It begins with the captchas, where the captcha providers increase difficulty relative to the amount of traffic they get. For a bot there is no increased difficulty, only for regular users there is, meaning increased difficulty makes it harder for regular users to solve a captcha but bots remain uneffected. And then they actually celebrate an assumed fraud reduction proven by reduced traffic, ignoring the fact that the reduced part is almost exclusively regular users. A good example is the attempts of HideoutTV who want to make sure users actually watch the ads before they get paid. They tried ANYTHING they could imagine but it just doesn't work, because users let Hideout run in the background and get paid without watching. Recently they check whether or not the browser window it runs in is highlighted, if not they don't pay and the effect is that regular users who run this in a secondary window aside of some other stuff they do don't get paid anymore, while bots running in a VM within which the browser is the only open window still get paid while nobody is watching. At Coinpot as well as most other faucets there has always been the option to remove all ads from the site and still make claims, the sites don't even attempt to detect or ban those. Best example might be Microsoft with their product activation. Literall ALL Microsoft products exist in a hacked version where product activation has simply been removed from the product, meaning all the regular users who paid for the product get bothered big time by that stupid activation procedure while the illegal copies enjoy the freedom of using it without any problems.

As a faucet owner ourselves sad to see coinpot shut down, I believe they were among the first ones that many people came across. And were definitely among one of the companies that we look up to and competed with. They could not be more right about fighting fraud and fighting cheaters You can sometimes spend hours fighting with these people. I wish them all the best for future ventures management of Es- Faucet BTC

CoinPot gave me my first taste of Bitcoin and I've always admired what they've done and their user-friendly services.
I think the writing's been on the wall for a while now - I've noticed my referrals have been rapidly decreasing over the past few months, along with the number of claims they've been making.
I guess faucets have had their day and people want sites that offer multiple ways of earning crypto - and not just dust amounts.
Thanks CoinPot and good luck with your new venture!

It's sad to see Coinpot closing down, but probably it was inevitable. I think that faucets simply don't have future anymore. Bitcoin price is going up and faucet rewards becomes so little that it even goes below 1 Satoshi. People don't bother to claim such rewards. Also, eternal problem of faucets is revenue from ads and with number of faucet users going down, they don't get enough revenue to run faucet. I'm not even talking about never-ending fight with abusers. Moon faucets were probably longest running crypto faucets after Freebitco.in. Many of us got our first BTC from these faucets. In all these long years I earned really solid amount if BTC and other coins and I'm really thankful Coinpot for it. Yeah, there was some bad things like not responsive support, downtimes when we lost our loyalty bonuses, but probably it's not best time to criticize them. At least they gave us more than enough time to withdraw our coins.

I agree, at least there's roughly less than 2 months grace period. If only the owner could post his first and last farewell on this thread, it'd be a closure we all need.

Well didn't expect this news . Everybody nows that faucets only give out a low amount, but if you kept claiming all these years on coinpot, you would have made some money during this bull run. Their support was non existant but the coinpot sites were in the top 5 of all faucets (in my eyes).

In theory, the claim amount should've remained constant in dollars, so with BTC price going up, satoshis are less but almost same dollar quantity, give or take. You can't expect to claim 300 satoshi every 5 minutes as in 2018 and same 300 satoshi every 5 minutes nowadays in 2021. Meanwhile my final withdraw is still in PENDING since Saturday, I converted all I had and it sums up to a nice amount in the range of ~0.003 BTC, I hope they honor it

I'm sure they will pay out but it may take longer than usual.
