So everbody is in hope right that the can do the same with bitcoins, but it will never makes the same rise. But its good because like that all other cryptocurrencies get famous.

Because it has been the foundation of all cryptocurrency that existed, all altcoins are made in the concept of bitcoin. Also, there are lots of people that believed in bitcoin in the past that are now millionaires which is the reason why the news about it spread so fast. It has been proven to be a good investment that's why many people now are adopting to the bitcoin hype.

Bitcoin was the first crypto currency, so of course as the first of its kind it gets the most attention.
And the way exchanges work contributes to the popularity of bitcoin as well: at exchanges you have traiding pairs. So every coin that cam after bitcoin built a traiding pair with bitcoin first.
The exchanges still operate this way, traiding pairs of altcoin vs altcoin came later.

Another reason why Bitcoin is becoming popular nowadays is because of this forum because of its signature campaigns. Many people become interested in Bitcoin and they want to earn money at the same time with the signature campaigns.

I believe that they're popular mainly because well it was the first of all cryptocurrencies to be made. Honestly most of the other coins are scams and greedy ways that the developers make money. The only other coin I can think of that isn't a scam are dogecoins! What do you think?
We all know that bitcoin is the very first cryptocurrency ever made so it can be a factor why it is on the top right now. Another thing is because of its very expensive value that makes everyone crazy over investing on it. It is much expected it would be popular knowing that it has a value that continuously rises over time which makes good benefit to the investors and users. |

I'm sure the first thing that has made popular bitcoin is its value. The trend in which the value has increased over the years has made most beginners start attracted not only on bitcoins but even other altcoins they can lay their hands on.
Secondly, bitcoin has been able to stand the test of time and I am sure it will become unshakable until we reach to the moon. Recent adoption by most countries will definitely take him there.
Lastly, it remains a crypto king and the last time I checked the king was always popular in their world. This is the first and it leads the way for another crypto birth, so there is no argument why it does not become popular in the first place.

Because it is the first decentralized digital currency and it is growing at an exponential rate. There's a lot of early investors become rich and a lot of people get hype of it. Now lot of people taking risk because they also want to make money to support their financial needs. Bitcoin fell this month almost half of the price last month December 2017 and many of us grab this opportunity and still hoping to become multi-millionaire.

Yeah, there are also a lot of altcoins that are not scams and one of them is dogecoin, ethereum is also best altcoins I encountered. Bitcoin is the most popular of all because it is the first and the leading crypto currency of all. All of us know that. It has a big potential that it can grow more and can make other people rich. Aside from being the father of all crypto. It has also the biggest community. It's been around for how many years and a lot of users and company invested on it that makes the price goes high resulting in being top 1. There's no alt yet that come close to where btc has achieved.
