If it isn't any news from dev, coin willbe dead. I hope that it will be solved or listed on any other exchange. I think, Nova is passed step. It will be cool if Dev list it on Bittrex, Cryptopia, Livecoin or even Poloniex

Besides BTH, Polo added only 1 more coin since may , so don't even think about it !

It seems that there is some technical issue which is bothering Novaexchange's support section. They have issued a concern that if they are not able to get the issue sorted out then as last action TME will be taken off from their trading platform. It isn't late yet to reach at some solution but dev should play active role here now.

Why would you pay 4 BTC to get listed on "Livecoin" when you can get listed on Bittrex for less than a third of that price or free if you're lucky? In fact, why are you looking at Livecoin's outrageous price rather than Binance's unspecific price?
