A couple of noob questions for you guys.
The new token will need to have a different handle. It can't be TME, right? What will be the new handle?
After the deployment of the new contract we will have TME-old and TME-new tokens in our addresses, right?

People need to have realistic and correct approach to make efforts and put energy on right thing. I am referring at listing on Bittrex which is not possible at the moment for TME. It is better to keep eyes on alternative exchanges like liqui,livecoin and cryptopia they are emerging exchanges which are growing fast.

If you're in the same boat as me and did not take out your TME from Nova in time I think your screwed. Here's the response I got from NOVAEXCHANGE of when the coin will be fixed. "Hi there. Thank you for contacting us. TME has been very unstable as a coin and the transactions were taking a lot of time. HitBTC is also charging 6BTC per currency pair for 6 months listing and 10 BTC for 12 month listing.
which is outrageous and i wont believe why is this when they already earn on each trade.
What?! Where did you see those massively outrageous prices? When I went searching for how to get listed there I didn't stumble upon any thing about paying a fee much less an outrageous fee like that. Care to drop a link? HitBtc so not cool, it's piece of shit. Seriously, it's bad exchange. I registred it when MNE get there, but I ran out very fast We tried to register a different coin, but dev got an email where this pricing was mentioned, we were shocked to here that. I am PM that email if you still dont believe, or try yourself submitting a coin to them and you should also get same rates, looks like their regular practice. |

I wouldn't jump into conclusions yet. Do not assume foul play where simple incompetence should suffice.
Most likely, supporting the eth blockchain tokens proved much harder than they anticipated. They've all been down for about a week now. I'm sure they are losing out on volume, if not from TME, then from a ton of other coins.
I doubt stealing TME is what they are trying to do. It would ruin their reputation and give them no profits as it is not listed anywhere else and they would not be able to swap it. Their address is known.
Besides they have loads more tokens if they wanted to steal, for instant profits.
It just doesn't add up, so relax. Eventually they will fix the problem and allow people to withdraw

I took mine out as soon as I saw the delisting news, and the pure traders could have set up a wallet in minutes to transfer their tokens to, I think they were hoping it would be relisted and got caught with their pants down. |

I am only wondering if there will be a sale of 200 genesis address again, why can the dev do that?
If this will be the case, can he make and make genesis addresses of this coin, thus creating money on thin air?
These addresses will be added to the new smart contract and there will be no more restarts. P.S. Project MNE 2.0 starts selling the genesis of addresses on an ongoing basis. Why do you think? But is there a guarantee on that, there will be no more restarts? I dont attack TME..i just dont want it to be a scam project that you might pull off. |
