but the best solution is TME can trade normally again on NovaExchange 

If TME were allowed to trade normally on www.NovaExchange.com it would be 2500 to 5000 sats

I think at some point renaming TME and making it fully ERC-20 compatible will save a lot of trouble later on. Shouldn't be a problem for places like Cryptopia or Livecoin, but in the long run will be a good idea.

Can you please explain what kind of problems Nova could have with TME? Are these specific problems? Did Nova contact you to solve the problems?

I would be really glad if we can get TME listed on Cryptopia.

After contacting Nova, Nova informed me of the problem, but as of yet has not moved forward to solve the problem (despite my request to do so).

According to Nova, deposits were getting "stuck." That is all the information I have. I have three guesses as to why this might be:

1. TME's transfer function is slightly more expensive than average, due to the parent-child checks. If an insufficient amount of gas were provided, a withdrawal transaction could run out of gas and the deposit would appear "stuck." This seems like a trivial problem to solve, however.

2. Lack of full ERC-20 compatibility. Without knowing exactly how Nova's wallet is managed under the hood, it's not possible to know whether this had a role or not.

3. High volume. Just another guess.

Thanks to the Timereum Dev for sharing this info.

I really think it's in everyone's interest to put more pressure on www.NovaExchange.com to provide a reason for delisting or deposits getting stuck.

So does that mean it'll show up in myetherwallet (or whatever wallet being used) automatically as a new token? You'll send the equivalent (or maybe double  ) of this new token to all the addresses that currently own TME?

If this is implemented, it will be automatic. Everyone will have equivalent holdings and genesis holders will have the same number of unused batches at the upload of the new contract. This is relatively far down the road right now, but I believe it's important to consider.

That sounds like an airdrop of a new coin to existing TME holders. Not a rebrand. Because you can't just remove TME from their addresses if they don't send it.

Of course, if TME is left to die after that, effectively it will be like a rebrand

According to the first page on this thread, the Timereum (TME) Bitcointalk thread has been read 83063 times.

That's 83000 page visit since July 2017!!!

Is scrapping the brand the best thing to do when this coin did a 100%+ increase to 1800+ satoshi before www.NovaExchange.com halted trading of TME?

I personally see nothing wrong with the brand name. This is a technical glitch and over supply issue that could be patched in code very quickly.

The community needs to come around the Developer and keep the project alive.

Re-Branding TME is too early, before we check for other exchanges. If something glitch in the code, how we trade Novaexchange without any problems with high volumes and bigger turnover? So the problem may be from Novaexchange's technical part.

So, first try to list on other exchanges.

If in can't but situation, Go with Re-Branding TME within a week or two (not in 6-12 months). 

Just issue New token:

Genesis for TME Genesis holders who don't touch yet.

And same number of tokens to TME holders.

But don't kill Timereum branding and community by taking longer time.

You can output TME to etherdelta through the intermediary currency. This is a simple smart two-way exchange contract. I could write and deploy it.
You traded your TME for this 1: 1 token, put it up for auction, and sold it. The buyer turned to this smart contract and changed the purchased tokens for an equal amount of TME

why don't we just make another donation address for cryptopia exchange and get it list there,
they have a good tech team that respond fast to tickets if any thing goes wrong, also they have a nice 24h volume.
best choice for now since it is cheap to get there.

I agree with this, i'm not sure a rebrand is required.  I dont think a change of name is going to make a difference to the success of the coin, it's not like its called Crapcoin or anything.
