Can anyone confirm it's possible to deposit directly from an exchange?

I sent BCO from nova exchange to their DEX platform multiple times. Everything ran smoothly and my BCO was accounted correctly.

I saw in a twitter post of notsofast, that the BCO has to be locked away for a certain time. I haven't found it anywhere on the DEX platform so far. Will it be enabled tomorrow? Or can somebody give me a hint where this mechanism is to be found?

If you go back to the notsofast post you'll see the "lock away" option will be available tomorrow.  Wink

I can't wait for this profit share to start, been holding my BCO for a couple of months now waiting for this day. I also look forward to many other coins trading on the DEX in the future as I have been trying to get some devs to list their coins on here and most seem interested as I believe DEX is the way of the future for crypto trading.

I can promote your project on X to my 100k+ followers for a reasonable price. Just DM me for prices.

I transferred my coins to the DEX from my client. Do my coins automatically stake at the DEX? Instructions, please.

OK so...  I logged into cryptobridge from 2 separate browsers. And apparently created 2 separate wallets. I wasn't aware it was browser specific.

I think I lost my coins. I sent coins to one address and I am auto logged into the account. However, I have no idea what that password is. I only remember creating one account which I do have the login info for.

Unfortunately, I cannot send from the coins wallet to my REAL wallet unless I use a password. I see that you guys don't have pw recovery option. (mass adoption?).

Again, I am in the account logged in.. but I can't get my coins out..  Is there any hope? Or did I just burn some coins for you?

I assume the worst.

1. you saved the pssw somewhere and forget it

2. youve used a known pssw u use all the time, no other option imo

3. how can you be so irresponsible and careless when it comes to money??

1. no
2. maybe, hopefully... but unfortunately it could have been that automatically generated one.
3. lest than 1% of my portfolio. You assume I'm careless because as you know..... I'm the first guy ever in the history of crypto currency to do something like this.

Yep, me and only me.

I'll go down in history as the very first person ever to do this.

It happens lol I accidentally sent 500 STRAT to a START coin address on bittrex back a few months, that still hurts my soul!  Roll Eyes Sad You just live and learn unfortunately but this non-reversible transactions is a pain in the ass and not so great at the end of the day for the everyday user neither is lost passwords so I do sympathize with your situation.

Very much early. You should be able to register and purchase some BCO to hold for the long term. Staking will be released tomorrow.

Anybody having trouble with 'no block source available' for syncing chain ?

I had the message on windows qt wallet 1.0.2 and upgraded to 1.0.3, still having the same problem.

Just to be sure, it does not make sense to reload the entire chain in a scenario like  this ?
Maybe you should delete database folder in appdata (back up your wallet.dat) and try to reopen qt wallet 1.0.3 again.

    Full description

CryptoBridge is a decentralized exchange (DEX) that supports trading of most popular altcoins. The main innovation is elimination of a single point of failure when trading cryptocurrencies online due to its decentralized nature. In addition, another unique selling point is the usage of a multi-signature federated gateway software used by a dozen trusted gateways, operating on multiple continents, enabling trust-reduced issuing and withdrawing of the supported coins.

CryptoBridge's target audience are altcoin traders trading on centralized cryptocurrency exchanges which are riddled with performance problems and can be subject to thefts, manipulation, hacking incidents or government takedowns. These problems are solved by the decentralized blockchain based order book and the multi-signature federated gateway network.

There is no central point of failure. All deposits, withdrawals and all order books are transparently stored on the blockchain. The client will still be able to deposit, withdraw and trade coins even in the event CryptoBridge goes out of business. Each client holds the private keys to their coins. CryptoBridge has no access to the client's funds.

The blockchain behind the decentralized exchange, graphene, can process up to 100.000 transactions per second and has an average confirmation time of just 3 seconds. The DEX offers a complete API for any interested party to build applications on top of the decentralized exchange.

Funding: No ICO - why we created an altcoin instead

To develop a platform like described above, one requires funding to recruit a lot of full time developers and marketing staff. To reach our funding goals, the team has used a rather unusual method: creating altcoin to fund the development of a software platform: BridgeCoin

Since the latest SEC publication it is certain that any token sale (ICO) that promises future returns can be considered illegal in the US. Though we are not from the US we would still like to stay legal under most jurisdictions and a public mineable cryptocurrency is exempt from such regulation. A fair distribution was guaranteed with the non pre-mined and no-ICO approach.

The founders of CryptoBridge are also mining BridgeCoin and expect that the market value of BridgeCoin will be sufficient to finance the development of the full application.

    Beta Launch

Supported coins at this moment are BCO, BTC, BTS and BCH, which means that any combination of trading pairs between those coins is available. The full version of CryptoBridge supporting many other coins will launch Q4/2017, assuming enough funding can be obtained.

How you as a BridgeCoin owner can benefit from CryptoBridge Decentralized Exchange:

After the full version of CryptoBridge launches, participating BCO owners will receive 50% from all profits from operation including:
    • Trading fees
    • Coin signup fees
    • Profit from internal arbitrage
    • Referral program

    Rough roadmap until full release

    • Publish crypto-bridge.org website with technical details & FAQ
    • Add hosted web-wallets in Asia (& China) and North America for optimal initial loading
    • Add CryptoBridge DEX to coinmarketcap
    • Add referral support for DEX: users will get a cut from trading fees
    • Add more supported coins and trading pairs
    • Regular usability improvements, based on beta feedback
    • Develop multi-signature federated gateway network & protocol - key benefit over any other exchange in the world
    • Ability to stake BCO and earn 50% profit cut from CryptoBridge profits - key benefit over any other exchange in the world

I woke up this morning and see this:

I would like to see such charts everyday!  Grin

    Wow!
Passive Coin Backing Fund initially bought BCO for 1400 and 2100 satoshi. Nice!
I am really glad to see well-performing BridgeCoin support the value of our Backing Fund.

We look forward to see success of this valuable project.

    p.s.
By the way, we will keep our 6200 BCO in browser-based version for staking.
Okay, I see my browser-based wallet upgraded to 0.9.4 version, nice! Smiley

The only thing I do not understand is how this staking bonuses are added.
    Tutorial says bi-weekly. Okay.
But, can someone tell me, bonuses are added to staked position or to the regular balance ??

So the staking possibility is open now.

"The blockchain fee to start a new staking position is currently set at 27.3142665 BCO."

So there is no way of little positions to open because otherwise, the fee will definitely outweigh the gains. I think I will do the math later on how much traffic is needed for a certain amount of BCO to be profitable.

I guess the bonus is calculated on the 0.1% fee share you will get. So you can get 0.2% fee share if you lock your coins for 1 year.

As some have mentioned, staking is now active and 0.9.4 client has been released. Thank you for @inoue for the japanese translation and thank you @coinman for the blog articles.

For the time being, 75% of all trading profits will go to BCO stakers (equals 0.15%). 25% of trading profits go to the already established market maker program. CryptoBridge will not get a cut in this. With that we hope to boost the overall success of the program and volume.

Download at https://crypto-bridge.org or use the web wallet at https://wallet.crypto-bridge.org

A tutorial how to stake can be found on our blog:

Any1 else have the same problem with the https://pool.bridgecoin.org pool? I can't log in. No e-mails are sent to my e-mail address.
I can't withdraw my BCO... Before I locked my account I also never got the withdrawal e-mail.  Huh
and now I can't login because I entered to many wrong PIN's.
Tried password recovery with my username. Also no e-mail.

Sent the pool operator a message yesterday and to the member CryptoBridge. Can't expect to get a message so soon. But this does start to worry me.
