I have the capital, and I'm really interested in setting up a super-low fee pure PPS pool (like, 1-2% fee).
Obviously the variance on something like that's an absolute bitch (my own calculations predict 95% confidence in losses of no more than about 1000BTC, but that's still a bit painful) but I'm looking for others interested in helping out - pm if interested.
