I run a "free Bitcoins on Twitter" site called BTCFor.me, but my primary Bitcoin related business is a NSFW sex toy shop called tit4bit.com. Smiley I've been telling as many people as possible about Bitcoin, and primarily hang out on Reddit, but I thought it was time to join THE Bitcoin Forum.

muyuu,

I am working on the math right now of how to use the miners as a sort of MCMC to asses the money supply. Derivation is proving a little more than I had anticipated. I will list it in full on statisticaleconomcis.org when I am done. Allows for a floating money supply using network information and the self interest of the miners.

As for the implementation of the stock exchange, rather stock certificates. I will likely type that up as a paper and similarly post. I do not have the coding ability to embark on such an adventure.

I'm making a Minecraft server with an in-game currency that's 1:1 with Bitcoin.

Minecraft is a sandbox game with 10+ million players that randomly generates infinite worlds with many types of resources.

Its very early days, but I know I want to start a bitcoin related business - possibly in the area of debit cards or something similar.
Would love the opportunity to talk to people who can help me see problems from a different perspective!

I don't think this thread works as advertised. I see a lot of people saying they're a merchant or dev who are under the required post count and still flagged 'newbie.' Can a mod correct me if I'm wrong?

I have setup a website which sells CD keys in exchange for Bitcoins, currently I do not have much stock but I will be expanding if enough interest is generated.

Prices will be kept as fair as possible and I hope people will enjoy using the site, currently they are not emailed after purchase and you can only pay using Mt.Gox, I will be changing this in the future!

The url is http://cdkey-hut.com/ and find us on twitter at https://twitter.com/cdkeyhut

I will also be looking into alternative currency's such as Litecoins but for now I will stick with Bitcoin

Thanks

I'm a software engineer with over ten years experience with payment processing in the healthcare industry. I'm currently considering between a few potential applications that hopefully prove beneficial to the community.

Why should we trust that the websites you are promoting are not scams that will steal peoples bitcoin eventually?

The quality of posts has dropped to such a low level that all users who are participating in a paid signature campaign are added to my ignore list. I would suggest it probably is a scam - he's offering free bitcoins but apparently only for his address
https://rbitco.in/articles/free

And the other site I get a warning error 'The site's security certificate is not trusted!'

I'm starting Bitlancr - a platform for freelancers based on Bitcoin. We won't touch your money - that means no % fees, and no legal qualms.

Got a landing page set up here, to gauge the initial interest:
http://signup.bitlancr.com

Keen to share more on the platform and get some feedback on the idea, once I'm out of the newbie zone!

Thanks!
