Actually this is an interesting idea. But the main concern is privacy. I see a possibility that someone who will offer their WiFi will get a separate one just to monetise it. Meaning, sell it for cheaper to more. I cannot think of why yet, but time will tell.

I think in wifi sharing , the most important thing is how to keep safe .
Http hijacking is very very dangerous .

Hey, so yes we have given extra attention to safety and privacy when building the app. Please check our demo video and you will see that the end user does not even see the WiFi password and the app automatically connects. Also, everything will be encrypted. |

I joined the facebook campaign. This project is highly feasible because in the information technology era thriving as now the demand for using wifi everywhere is very large. I have seen and appreciated your application demo. The idea of sharing and buying wifi with an altcoin coin is really fun and convenient for users around the world. If the project is successful then it will have very strong development space and potential with huge number of users, hopefully it will develop well in the future. What an interesting project that i never noticed immediately, needed to read more to fully understand it's concept, a first of it's kind project and i believe in a few more days there will some others that will follow with a concept like this one.

Well, I'm new here, and for the idea of monetizing wifi connections, is very innovative, but a little risky, at the beginning at least, you will need to prove that your technology works, and if possible create a system that will only accept the password to work with a specific phone, so it can't just be shared, probably you already though of that, so I may be worrying for nothing; I would like to know if the project is limited to certain countries or that is actually universal, because if its the second, then I could guarantee the success of the project if you deployed it correctly, anyway, I'll be checking how this is going, and good luck with the project |

But why is a new cryptocurrency necessary for this? Couldn't you just have created an app and use an already existing coin? Or was the coin necessary because you have to store encrypted data in the blockchain?
Hey, we decided to create a new crypto currency for it in order to encourage adoption and also to raise the necessary funds for marketing and development purposes. There is an in-app distribution for the first 50,000 networks in order to get things started on the adoption side. Well I do get the funding part, but it's pretty much the only valid reason for having your own coin. Your adoption rate would be way faster if you used an already existing crypto and marketing would be easier. This is yet "just another" coin added to a very huge list. A competitor could easily outpace you by using an existing crypto or something like shapeshift. |

Honestly it won't be much faster because to really get it out there, you need to spend a substantial amount on marketing and PR which is very difficult for a startup to do on its own. Also, if you see we are not asking for a 100 million dollars like other ICOs and our max cap will be less than 5 million USD (much less) and that is only what we will need to get this project going. Also we already have a ready product so we will have the advantage of being the first (and currently only) player in this huge untapped market. And we will also be integrating shapeshift in the near future Thanks! |
