If Ethereum goes anywhere close to succesfully implementing any of the impactful upgrades to their network as they have pending for 2018(Casper,plasma etc) then 1k per ETH seems VASTLY undervalued. I would say if such thing happens then I wouldnt be suprised to see ETH grab the #1 position from BTC. Compare that to BTC and I just dont see how it can outpace BTC's growth (not saying it wont grow at all ofcourse).

Ethereum has much more potential for a price increase. It's value is much lower than bitcoin.

To be honest, this is a difficult choice for me, as I like the ether and bitcoin, I would have chosen both options if there was such an opportunity

even if you take into account the huge drop in Bitcoin to date, even with these indicators, eth can not yet compare. But this is about the price, but as for the functional, the etherium can have advanced positions in the future.

ETH baby!

Ethereum has more room to grow, imo at this point. Bitcoin has serious scaling and fee issues it needs to deal with.

In connection with the popularity of ICO-projects, the ethereum course has every chance to beat the mark of 2 thousand dollars by the end of 2018.

I'd say 1 BTC, just because it seems to have more of a public positive market psychology stigma. ETH is definitely going to rise exponentially as well, though.

'cause I'm also holding eth for I perceive a potential on this coin that soon it's value will pump higher like bitcoin does.

the practicality of the etherium is not even worth talking about, because everyone knows about it. But what are the positive aspects of Bitcoin? To date, the price has dropped significantly on Bitcoin, but even 10,000 dollars for me it is not clear, What is the secret or what is the value of bitcoin? so I definitely bet on the etherium.

I have no doubt that ethereum is currently the most consolidated currency and preferred by new investors, because it has proven to be an altcoin with much greater potential and with greater advantages than bitcoin, in fact at the moment I have started to prefer to ethereum as store of value, so at this moment bitcoin only represents 30% of my investments in coins, when a few months ago it meant 90%

If I prefer 10 ETH because today many markets use ETH including ICO, all payments are via ETH , so there is a big chance to invest in ETH .

If I am in order picking 10 or 1 ethereum bitcoin I chose 1 bitcoin and 50% of the bitcoin I would invest so that I could make it again and I was living in the House to sit back waiting for the price of the bitcoin peaked and I was going to sell him.

I agree with you, though btc is the mother of other altcoins, But there are so nany drawbacks including high transfer fee and low speed. So I think ETH is more promising.

If it's a long term investment then I suggest you to buy 1 BTC. But if you want to cash out this year then probably 10 ETH would be a better choice. Many people predict that 2018 will be a good year for Ethereum because it is used more and more for various smart contracts and ICO projects, so it is likely that ETH will rise more than Bitcoin in 2018.
