So far we can collected already in total over $3 million dollars and this is already considered a successful ICO. |

So far we can collected already in total over $3 million dollars and this is already considered a successful ICO. Yes, with a lot of people intention the ICO of Atlant is very successful with the amount the raised. Still, there is a long way to go I think it has potential in the market where it can collect more fund as the ICO is progressing. |

I've invested a bit into this. Been waiting for a real estate token to come out that made me feel all warm inside. When you get this feeling, you know to invest. I just wish the damn ICO wasn't so long.

I still have a bunch of questions related to how a generic real estate crypto market would work. I don’t understand it quite well yet  . First is: would every building / property have its own token? And then who would decide how many tokens to be issued for a specific property? |

And then who would decide how many tokens to be issued for a specific property? I think the owner of the real estate property would have to initially set up the number of tokens and the exchange rate between building tokens and ethereum for example. Afterwards the price of tokens will freely fluctuate according to offer and demand like shares in the FIAT stock markets. |

In ATLANT each building will have it's own token, and 1 mm2 will be worth 1 token in each property So, if I have a 50m2 flat to sell via the platform, that'll cost 50k tokens? |

Just a quick reminder that:
ATL is the token of the Atlant Platform
Each subsequent PTO (Property Token Offering) will have its own token
Both ATL & PTOs will trade on the Atlant Platform as you can already see in our DEX demo

3,771,075.50 tokens are sold in 14 days is great enough for a project but when I see your hardcap is 103,548,812 tokens. That means 100k tokens still unsold and that make me feel a bit hesitate that you can reach your hardcap in the remaining time. Anyway I will support you with 1 post or more posts in this thread every week. Keep up the good work ATLANT!
We're working hard both on the sale and on the product. Anything which is unsold will be burned, so all existing investors will benefit. We estimate that we should already be able to achieve what we plan with existing level of funding. Of course we want to scale as fast and as much as possible... |
