Hello, I am a real estate agent and I have been looking into real estate blockchain technology for a bit. I am interested in investing in several ICOs such as Atlant and Real. I still have a bunch of questions related to how a generic real estate crypto market would work. I don’t understand it quite well yet  .
First is: would every building / property have its own token? And then who would decide how many tokens to be issued for a specific property?

In ATLANT each building will have it's own token, and 1 mm² will be worth 1 token in each property

It is not a rational market, where marketing matters more than substance. Have a look at detailed analysis at the bottom of our comparison: https://medium.com/@atlantio/real-estate-ico-comparison-chart-ab002b497141. Of course we don't know exactly, but REAL looks like a pyramid.

Everything is done through SPVs which is precisely how most of the world's major real estate projects are transacted on today. Of course each country and jurisdictions has it's hurdles, but we plan to overcome them one by one, as we show our proof of concept, and eventually major roll-out of ATLANT.

To my mind property management is a serious issue. If a building is owned by too many small investors I cannot think of any good decision making process to be perform.

Of course it's serious, that is why each building has a management company which deals with all major issues. This is the way all real estate works currently with a single or multiple owners. With Atlant this system will be enhanced because each penny spent by the management company will be ok the blockchain, and large costs will be voted on by the ATL tokenholders.

That's the thing - it's 100% decentralized - the management company is local of course, but it is controlled and voted on by decentralized tokenholders. All other aspects of the system are decentralized as well, have a look at the WP please.

Not sure I fully understand what you mean. We are hard at work on the project. We have a working prototype that we are enhancing every day. We've got a legal opinion, actually two. Of course we're still in the early stages, but we intend for everything to work.
