Yes thats will benefit him a lots for those bounty hunters we need to wait for the right timing before we sell if we want to earn a lot. There many ICO  I see that the price increase morethan x5 example antshare,waves,eth,stratis,lisk and many more.

I hope I also have the skills to pick the right ico to join. Whenever I get my payment from bounty, I sell it right away whenever it is listed on an exchange. It's too risky to hold.

The complexity associated with holding different coins securely dissuades me from holding too many coins, even if they were received as bounties. Best to stick to a few coins and convert the remaining as soon as you receive them.

I also hold the opinion that only those that are sure of saving coins are needed. The rest I translate either in fiat, or in several types of coins, with which I'm used to working. I tend to keep hold of the bounty coins I receive. I understand the point about having multiple wallets, but most of the bounties I've been involved with have been tokens on ETH, which makes it easier.
Airdrop coins are different, I often sell those pretty quickly if I don't rate the project. But bounties I only participate if I have faith in the project.

Well that might be true I have known some people who are keeping their bounty reward and trading it when it pumps up ,
And to be honest I think most of them are millionaires I have seen them withdrawing a huge amount of money but I really think bounty rewards are where they started,
They are now also doing their own risk in investing in some alt-coin .

Me also i was holding all my bounties even a small amount i am still holding until now but sometimes i am selling it if i dont have a money or BTC to buy some of altcoins that i want to hold also

Sometimes bounty gifts are of little value then, but when a gift is held and waiting for it to be expensive is a common gift strategy.

i think it is not possible to become millionaires with Bounties ..
I preferred sold the bounties and invest in Good coin

Well it is double side story, some people got a lot of profit after holding for a long time and some of them lost money, and I think it is not a good idea to hold your bounty alt coin for a long time, from my experience,most of the coin will lost its value, it need luck to get profit from holding alt coin for a long time

I think you are right, some very hot project turen out to be lower market performance than expected, such the sonm and bnt, and if you can sell the tokens at first, you will get much more payback then holding to now.

Well, that's good for them. If they really have the latience to hold the coins they recieve. But the sad thing is that most of people that join these types of bounties are mostly impatient people that sell their earnings as soon as they recieve the coins. They don't even care about how great the coin's potential really is as long as they get their fiat or can convert it to a coin that they love. I think that is the difference between a successful bounty hunter and a loser.

Agree but it really depends on the hold ton of people now holding they bounties and they expect too much about that bounty in pumping big, Well if they need money then they should get it in their bounties but no need to buy something then continue holding it but agree dont expect too much about it, its either you regret it or you deserved it.

I don't agree with that because most of those holding bounty token were both getting bigger profits in the future and they don't regret that. It happend when on person I know on our group chat he sold his bounty coin that month of february at just $333 and after two months upon checking the status of sell value of the coin it may be sold at $31,250 if he hold the coins he had. The regrets he had was so annoying if he used to think many times, but it's a normal situations that usually happened when you trade you may not be certain at all times.

So Bounty hunter have 1/10000 of the coins. So if that bounty coins worth 1.000.000 USD than market cap of the project must be 10.000.000.000. So the project must be at #3. It takes really years 
They must join each bounty program to increase the possibility

Those number are too much to consider or to be based but theres always the possibility but we should not look into this one or having this kind of mindset but I agree on the thing you said that we should join bounty programs in order to increase chances of making good money later on but getting 1% on the entire supply isn't possible unless if you do join all the task been asked and having multiple accounts which is really prohibited.
