I think bounties has been a plaugue for those ICOs I've been invested in especially if they are paid out right after ICO after lock-up.

Alot of bounty hunters just dump their coins and move on to next project which hurts the ICO.

Some people just participate in the bounties and wait for few years. they don't sell their bounty rewards for low fiat reward. Ironically those people become FIAT millionaires. Cheesy
Thx for bounties! Good jewelry.

Yes, you are right sometimes it does occur, but most often they get nothing Cheesy

To counter this, I've seen a lot of icos lock up coins for bounties, or delay payment of bounty until some time after the coin gets listed on an exchange. Pretty smart thinking for ICOs

Selling your bounty rewards could be the right thing to do at that particular time. Sell if you are in need of cash. You can hold if you do not have any need for it. To keep is a risk one have to take. It could turn out well and you make a lot of profit or you lose by not selling and at the end you get nothing for all that effort.

because following a bounty project does not require a lot of capital but can make a lot of money if we are diligent and can choose a good project

You can sell most of tokens which you got from bounty companies if you need money right now. But its really pretty idea to hold small part of tokens and wait when they grow.
Every tokens won't get listed to the exchanges in a short. Even after the distribution it takes time for the tokens to get listed into the exchanges. In the meantime some tokens pumps high and some does not, need to keep track of the tokens price variation happening with time to get the best earning.

I would never dump my bounty tokens because I only participate in bounty campaigns of projects I really believe in. I mean, how can you honestly promote something if you do not believe it will be successful and grow in value?

That is what most people do -they sell their coins then they cry when the price gets too high for them to purchase back in.

It depends. Not all of the coins that you received from bounties will become like ethereum or dash because some of them when they hit exchanges, that are tanked down dramatically and the worst is it gets delisted before a year has passed.

But if you take a sample on a large number of tokens - it turns out that few coins grow to the original price or the price of ico.
Therefore, this sell tactic has the right to life and its advantages.

Well i am a full time bounty hunter and i hold the coins until the price looks fair to me.
same i hold my coins until the price is high . Just like other bounty hunter is doing, holding coins while the value is low , and when the value is high they sell it to become money. I have  many coins in my wallet that i hold , and waiting for the right time to sell them in a fair value .

Yes that's true but I just hold tokens from good ICO. Many project devs like disappear after their ICO ended and I think it's very risky to hold for long term maybe it will became shitcoins in future.

The multifaceted nature related with holding distinctive coins safely discourages me from holding an excessive number of coins, regardless of the possibility that they were gotten as bounties. Best to adhere to a couple of coins and change over the staying when you get them.
