I prefer to hodl the bounty earned coins and token just because I have another source of money.
But I can understand those who try to dump it and get fiat money. Because they want their time to be paid off. But sometimes projects get scamed and then you have to count the average "cost of the bounty" from the successful and unsuccessful bounties. So I think you have to combine boutny and trading. Then it's more profitable.

Most of the bounty hunters don't hodl their tokens that they get in participating bounties. After the bounty program and end of ICO, bounty hunters only wait for the tokens to distribute in their wallets and if the tokens have exchanges, they sell it but few of bounty hunters can hold their tokens 1-5months after the ICO hoping the market value pump. I don't really know if there's a bounty hunters that can hodl their tokens after ICO in a year/years because not all token pump after a year.

A lot of people in crypto business joined many bounty campaigns. There are tokens from bounty campaign that are not valuable some can gives profit. For me, it is better to join this kind of business at least we do not have capital given only our time and effort and I am happy for this.

Yes you are right because you have nothing to lose if you participated on the airdrop and wait for it to have a value or to rise the value. It's a money out of the thin. So everyone who are holding a lot of airdrop tokens their may the best of luck to us.

The hold is a good strategy if you are sure in projekt. But a lot of tokens after several months go to the bottom and its price becom zero. So i think the best way is to sell half of you tokens and get some money right now. And you will have enough in case they rise.

That can be true to most successful ICOs since their tokens usually just increases in value the more their projects and services is acknowledged. But I find it risky and I think I would just prefer to trade my bounty rewards to altcoins and then hold them for the time being instead of just holding tokens.

That's actually wise for them. However, most of the bounty hunters are not doing that. By the time they receive their pay, they immediately dump them wherever the tokens are accepted for exchanges. They do not have the patience to hold their bounties and wait for quite a while for their tokens to accumulate value.

It really depends on the project. If the project is feasible and profitable in real life, then I think it's recommended to hold. These tokens are utility tokens than can be use as long as the project is there. And you can expect the price will go up.
If a reward token you have doesn't have these characteristics, then it's better to sell ASAP.
