Would it be possible to get a hint of which code I'd change if I wanted to switch coins based on their last 1 hour of profitability, rather than their last 24 hours?

Great program by the way!  Thank you for it!

Not as easy as change 24 to 1 , stats are based on pool current/24h statistics, MM is not calculating average.

I'd love to see someone with identical rigs test out if algo-switching is really worth it.  I tried it for a few days on my rig with this script, using Zpool and Multipoolhub, but i don't seem to earning anything near what I thought I would.  I have 2 - 1080s, 2 - 1070s and 2 - 1060s and I should be able to make more than  a day, but I'm getting around /day.

Anyone else have any stats to show?  I like the premise, but it doesn't seem to be working for me.

Something is going bad sure, you must get at least 15$/day, I dont think be a MM problem because anybody has report that.

Has you compared your local hashrate with pool hashrate?, perhaps you are getting high rejects number.

Nope, no rejects.  Has rate reported by Pool is close to what my rig reports as well.  Settings are all default in Megaminer, I haven't changed anything.

How bad are the BTC fees when autoexchanging on Zpool/MPH to BTC from other coins?  I think I'm getting very high BTC fees.  On Automatic24h using Zpool/MPH, it says I should make about $15/day.  How much of that would go to fees?  I know there is a pool fee as well.

Strange, have you tried Nicehash?, in NH profit is not an estimation, is real price of power selling.

Running the Nicehash program shows that I am in the $14 day range.

It's also possible that I just don't understand how the Megaminer works.  Right now on Megaminer, it shows Blake2s from Zpool as the top Algo at about $18 on Automatic24h mode.  At the rate it's running though, I might get $7 in the 24hours.

MM work is easy,

1. Benchmark your system to get Algo X hashrate (max speed * 0.95)
2. Ask Pool what profit estimate for that algo/coin (based on "now" or "last 24h") for each Mh/s
3. Calculate your profit (hashrate * estimated Pool Profit)
4. Choose the best profit algo/coin
5. Generate a command and launch miner
6. Go to 2 each interval.

Pools estimation (except Nicehash) are always excesive, I always stay 20%/30% less.

If NH profit for your system is 14$, on Zpool or MPH for example you must be on 13$-17$ range (aprox.) and MM shows you (are data from pool, not from MM) 16$-21$ range

*Claymore ZEC miner for AMD
Detected speed is exactly 1000 times high. Miner reports 310.214 H/s, scripts detects it as 310k

*dcri for AMD
Please add more range, on rx480 35 is best for ETH+DCR, 15 for Pascal, 22 for Sia, 45 for Lbry (with Claymore 10). Might be different number for other cards especially Vega

*GPU Platform variable in config.txt
Default should probably 0, which is more common

Benchmark results on all coins seems wrong:

The script fetches the result just fine but it is recorded lower in the logs. This happens on all algorithms. Maybe you should be dividing by 1024 rather than 1000?

Benchmarked speed is always 95% of max speed to compesate start time, rejects, etc

30 hours ago I started my own test of HR vs Nicehash vs zpool vs MPH(auto exchange to BTC) vs Ethermine(just ether). Put 5 rigs each 4x1070 clocked exactlye the same with locked voltage on 0.900v, 1797mhz and 4400 mem.

So 30 hours after the start:

Hash Rafinery: 0.00201 BTC
Nicehash: 0.00223869 BTC
zpool: - got too many times API down and no mining and had to stop mining on it. at the time of the stopping(10 hours after the start) it was like 15-20% behind HAsh rafinery. Honestly this site has bad reviews and i got bad experience with it for the last 30 hours.
MPH: 0.00181131 BTC + some not exchanged yet coins - https://vgy.me/UVopzn.png . I think its on par or little ahead of Nicehash, but i will know once i stop the race and wait everything to be exchanged.
Ethermine: 0.02778 ETH  which on exchange rate right now(0.075) is 0.00208 BTC, on the exchange rate from last night(0.080) is 0.00222 BTC

Great update. Couple suggestions

Add hashrate for each GPU on the "c" page
For the launcher BAT, make it so you can NOT do a pool, coin, or algorithm. Maybe like "-MiningMode Automatic -PoolsName Zpool  -Algorithm Skunk,Nist5,X17,Blake2s,--Qubit,--x11"

@tutulfo, any chance adding a config value for do not change algo unless there is one at least 15%(1.15 example) more profitable? This will prevent script to jump coins too frequently.

Also i find it more useful to have selectable algos in the bat file instead of coins...
