Hi guys, I already posted at the local Russian thread but I see that this thread has more value. As far as I understand, one  CND token will cost 0.01$. Is that correct?

Also, I would like to know why the hard cap is so low (in comparison to other Token sales) consider the fact that you have already a working product.

Hi Cindicator – on page 8, paragraph 3.1.1, line 13 of the WP you say in part,

…, after the crowdsale and acquirement of necessary licenses, we will allocate part of the funds to the trading portfolio (managed by Hybrid Intelligence).

Question: Does this mean a separate entity, 100% owned by cindicator, will become a licensed customer of cindicator for the purposes of trading in the portfolio of enhanced hybrid intelligence?  If so where will this trading entity be incorporated?  

In the fullness of time does cindicator hope to be able to spin this wholly owned subsidiary off into a traded entity within a suitable jurisdiction?

Hi Cindicator  – on page 6, paragraph 2.1, line 15 of the White Paper you say,

“A group may have a lot of outliers, errors, or subjectivity; however, the diversity and multidirectionality of these points allows them to be ignored in modulus (the simplest example is the Gaussian distribution).”

Question: What do you mean by this?  I understand with a normal distribution we can say certain things about the characteristics of the distribution. Are you simply saying that outlier data points are simply ignored if the group is diverse? 

It is just math. It means that on average, the sum of errors will be zero by the theory of probability.
Simple example: when we have only one person that do some calculation and give us final result his error will be critical.
May be by accident this person give us something like 2+2=5 and we will live with that error  
But if we have 10 peoples average result will be close to truth even if errors exist.
2+2 = 3
2+2 =4
2+2 =5
2+2 =4
2+2 = 3
2+2 =4
2+2 =4
2+2 =4
2+2 =6
2+2 =4

Average result is (3+4+5+4+3+4+4+4+6+4)/10=4,1
Very close to truth. And this result we got only with 60% correct numbers!

Hello! Yes, 1 CND will cost approximately $0.01 (fiat price equivalent provided for illustrative purposes only, no fiat currency will be accepted). We will announce the price in crypto currencies right before the token sale.

Regarding our hard cap... Our vision that is the fair cap for our current stage and long term plans. Unfortunately, 95% of current startups are over-evaluated at ICO's stage. It's unbelievable for early-stage startups ( the majority of current ICOs) to raise millions of dollars.
Before our Token Sale we've already raised three VC rounds, finished accelerator and incubator programs, invested own money - it's how the proper startup's way should look like.

Question: Perhaps this question is theoretical but what happens if all who wanted access to the platform, and pay for it, are given access to the platform? Does the accuracy of the predictive signals suffer as the hybrid intelligence system starts to unduly influence the accuracy of its own predictions?  Is this what was learned in your B2B test earlier in your history, as described in the early pages of your White Paper?

I have gone through the WP and it sounds good. Having products which are already in use makes this ICO stand out. The project generally is going to be a great one. With the dedication of the team, this project is going to be another hit just like bitcoin.

The hard cap is approximately 15 million USD and one CND token will cost about $0.01 (fiat price equivalent provided for illustrative purposes only, no fiat currency will be accepted). So 1 500 000 000 is approximate supply. Price in crypto currencies will be announced right before the token sale.

According to our WP: To prevent the dilution of analytical data value (taking into account market capacity and the potential impact on it), the access level and set of available products and tools will depend on the quantity of tokens in each holder’s possession. So not everyone who wants the access to the platform and pays for it will get an access - they need to own CND tokens.

2. No, I don't think so. There are thousands of analytics who make their predictions and machine learning models so I don't think anything can influence the accuracy of the predictions Imy own opinion).
