Seems like a way for them to quickly run search algorithm to know who the participant are. Also maybe to help them filter out participants from restricted areas

the official explanation is that there were a lot of fake applications and this is a way to filter out genuine applications and ban the fake. this is for effective allocation of tier 4 slots and to ensure the security and health of the ecosystem.

You're a nut. Cindicator has run the best ICO I've ever seen. They are keeping the whales and people who could care less about the project out of it. Their safety measures are also top notch.

I've seen ICO teams pretend to care why the ICO is going on and then just forget about their investors, not put the token on any exchanges with volume, and not give updates on the project.

I have no doubt Cindicator will still take care of their investors when the ICO is over.

Looking at the Etherscan.io Cindicator address, the fund is currently over $9 million dollars, it is likely the ICO will be over by tomorrow at the rate the token sale is progressing. What really attract me to this project is the valuation at which it is entering the market. $15 million which I believe is a steal

See, simplicity in itself and a nice deterrent for impostors. Only genuine applicants have access to their social media profiles. Just a way of proving you are who you really say you are

IT looks like we have almost reach the hard cap there was about 3400+ eth collected during the first round which is equivalent to one million. The second round is got more participants even thaw the amount is not disclosed I am assuming it will be around two million. The third round is already collected 7-8million in the contract address. Would that mean by the fourth round there will be only less than three or four millions left. Which means the fourth round selection may be very tough with thousands of applicants.

As I said, it's prohibited. You can try to reply to your Tier 3 email and ask to be moved in Tier 4
