AMD Blockchain drivers are finally available for Linux:

Guys, i'm building a new rig - reason is my 8-gpu Gaming X rig got sold and I got some sweet profit 

I'm thinking to try Sapphire cards, but would like to have 8gb ones, if I could get a decent price. Here are my options:

8gb Nitro+ 570       - $350CAD
8gb Nitro+ 580 Ltd - $438CAD
8gb Nitro+ 580 SEL - $380CAD
4gb Nitro+ 580 Ltd  - $363CAD

I know most would pick the SEL for $380 but it's out of stock right now. I could wait for a week or so but there's no guarantee that I could snag 8 of them.

If I ended up selling it again, then I won't mind getting the 4gb 580, but if I'm keeping them, I would like an 8GB ones for future-proofing.

What do you guys think? I'm wishing to get my rig built and up and running before Byz arrives on the 25th.

Does anyone tried to install the latest driver to a windows 7 64 bit rig?
I'm trying it for a couple of hours but after install in gpu-z everything is empty or zeros

Blockchain drivers are working only on windows 10 64-bit.. I tried them on win7 and it was really "buggy"

Just recently found out about the simpleos dag fix update.. downloaded it, got it running and i'm a happy camper now. really thought there was no hope in Linux os mining ethereum. but boy everyone that lost hope including me. I was about to switch all my rigs over to windows. so glad I didn't. it does honestly feel good to see the hashrate as a few months ago!! no more dag issues, both windows and Linux!!

I got RX 470 Gigabyte 4GB Gameming cards. Custom straps. Before the dag file issue they were running 30 mhs. Right now I can't get above 26-26.5. Does anyone have a clue? Sapphire are going 30+, there is an issue only with gigabyte.

after month windows decided update and after that i got 22mhash

i want to change mobo anyway and put new ssd on in it so OS as well

I installed fresh win10 64bit

but windows installed 17.7 crimson relive on it

I try to update to robinh00d drivers but not work

windows said - best driver is already installed

You can simply prevent Windows from updating the driver of a particular device (in this case, a video card) by its ID. How to do this is described in this article https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/2007.06.grouppolicy.aspx

after press start.bat on claymore

I got 27/22/22/22/22/22/

only one gpu mine with 27mhash (as i said i had this problem before, and sometimes i got 2-3 cards do 27, rest 22 or even 19


after close claymore and run again just now
i got full 6x27 (all cards)


also one more

- after few hours, usually 6-8-12 or even few times after 24-48hours

one card slows down to 22 (randomly, sometime gpu3, sometimes gpu5 or other)

i run 6x 470 4gb 1100/1950 with voltages 970/970 - i run even at 950/950 or 1050/1050 - doesnt matter

For me drivers dont work... I have Mainboard Asrock H110 Pro BTC, 10 cards (6 x sapphire RX580 8GN special  edition snd 4 MSI RX580 8 GB armor Oc). Blockchain beta driver causes bluescreen showing atikmpag.sys Anybody have  ideas how to solve?
