I've read the first post, but I don't understand what this is all about
the only thing I get is, to apply for airdrop send msg to dropper bot
containing bitcointalk username, ETH Address, and Genesis Sentence
so... can someone briefly explain DAO, TAO, Sphere?
and exactly what these TAO shares will be used for?

dao = decentralized autonomous organization
tao = the currency/tokens that are to be issued
spheres = groups/organizations for specific purposes (lets say your american you could join the USA sphere for example)
I know what they stands for... (clearly stated the abbrev. on first page)
but how are they related, for what purpose,
what idea behind this that we need new token for it
and what can we do with acquired tokens from airdrop?

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

and still no solution of the second vote?

Decided to play around a bit and attempt to create some logo. I don't claim it to be very appropriate, but multiple logo suggestions might spark a discussion/competition in the end of which we'll come up with something really good. BTW I really like the previous submission by Grae, and if no other people give it a shot I think we should adopt it as our official logo. Here's my take

I was aiming for something simple, thus just the letters D, A and O written in a minimalistic way. Then I thought that we're a movement so I should create the impression of the logo moving very fast by some horisontal lines maybe, like a speeding car Cheesy Didn't work out too well so I just put lines on both sides. I think it gave it a pretty 80s/90s style. The red color might easily be changed for something more appropriate too.

Maybe they asked this question, will it be mining? It would be great if it would be POS

As it is ERC20 token so I am sure that there is no mining.

How is this project related to the DAO one that caused the Ethereum hard fork? I didn't really follow crypto at the time but I think the name can't be a coincidence?

afaik DAO is just a type of organization:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decentralized_autonomous_organization
a decentralized, autonomous one that runs on the blockchain

movementDAO logo discussion

I want to start a discussion about our public appearance. Unfortunately my art/design skills are limited but since we have to start somewhere here is the first idea:

In addition i want to avoid the community of founders and early adopters being spread regardless of their language, that's why i created a movementDAO discord channel for the community with sub channels for different languages. IMO it's better to have us all in one place instead of many individual channels.

@Antragos @SEELE @mainconcept please contact me via discord regarding the creation of a (including german) sphere. Talking about wiki/info website maybe forum and so on.

Cheers

I joined the chat. Guys, c'mon, join us and let's make great this Movement.
Grae, what about an italian subchannel?

Like the logo, it's very stylish. Reminds of the shape of the Wings, which are already known already in the community. A little work on it and it will be just super. Logo must be available in high digital solution.

Thread is moving very slowly now that we've got an end date... also don't really seem to be picking up many new users to the airdrop, two days since I last asked about the list and only around 20 users have been added since then... at this rate we'll end up with about 850-900 participants... thats actually pretty good, more coins for the rest of us

To me this looks like an owl ... maybe we should make an owl our mascot  Cheesy

We could vote for logo, setting a simple poll for two, three days and on voluntary basis (if you don't want to vote it's ok). It could be another example of democracy and respect for those who want to work it.  My two cents.

That logo needs revision there are a lot of good logo designers here in the service area, show them that and they will design accordingly, looking forward on the development of this project.
