Decided to play around a bit and attempt to create some logo. I don't claim it to be very appropriate, but multiple logo suggestions might spark a discussion/competition in the end of which we'll come up with something really good. BTW I really like the previous submission by Grae, and if no other people give it a shot I think we should adopt it as our official logo. Here's my take  I was aiming for something simple, thus just the letters D, A and O written in a minimalistic way. Then I thought that we're a movement so I should create the impression of the logo moving very fast by some horisontal lines maybe, like a speeding car  Didn't work out too well so I just put lines on both sides. I think it gave it a pretty 80s/90s style. The red color might easily be changed for something more appropriate too. Activity update coming later today? To me this looks like an owl ... maybe we should make an owl our mascot We could vote for logo, setting a simple poll for two, three days and on voluntary basis (if you don't want to vote it's ok). It could be another example of democracy and respect for those who want to work it. My two cents. tha logo look very nice ! |

So I thought I put a spin to it. Basically what's represented is a T(D)AO. This is a combo of our ticker TAO, and DAO. I wanted to capture both in the logo. Colors can always be altered. The Broken lines signify that the participants are not in physical contact (in same physical location) but being aligned means theres uniformity. The 'T' spills over to form Part of the 'D', and then you have (A)utonomous in the center, and (O)rganisation Your thoughts     |

That logo needs revision there are a lot of good logo designers here in the service area, show them that and they will design accordingly, looking forward on the development of this project.
Indeed, not appealing or having no recall. Need a logo that is having an impression upon the first look. I think its better to have a logo contest and will be voted my the community and the panel. Looking forward also on the development of this project. |

Reminds of the shape of the Wings, which are already known already in the community. A little work on it and it will be just super. Logo must be available in high digital solution. Well I'm not sure I have the skills needed to improve on this, so if anyone is interested and wants to do something better using this as source material or whatever, you're free to do it(Just call me out if there's money to be made from it, cause I want a cut ) I'd be most happy to see many more suggestions though. That would show that our movement is...moving. That is the whole point in all of this. |

Why should members of this DAO have accounts created before May 1 if this thread is just a few weeks old? Which is the logic beging this limit?

There are plenty of open spots for newbies too as far as I know. About 42 positions left. I suppose this was done to prevent multi accounting and botting. |

And how would I access one of those 42 positions? Check the first post of this thread. It's explained there, I wouldn't be able to explain it better. As far as I see the only difference between a Newbie and a Member applying is that the Newbie has to set certain things in their profile information. See it for yourself. Also read through Dropper's posts. There's useful information in them. |

oK, I STILL HAVE THINGS I DON'T understand, FIRST OF ALL, how do i participate n the movement? by posting constantly in the post and in also participate in the voting? what else do I need to do? i like the idea of creating an entire organización for the public, but this still does not explain much what to do, apart from the instructions in how to get into the airdrop, so can you please be more especific? thanks, and good luck wi the project . |
