 - At Plat 3 you will receive a bonus + 42 day reload
 - At Plat 4 will receive a VIP host

Existing Plat 3 players will of course keep their VIP hosts.

These changes come as we plan to add some extra benefits for higher level players which will truly differentiate the Stake experience even more than before.

Damn is this information valid  while i'm fighting for platinum2 since my hunt on platinum 2 stake made 2 times changes to the VIP system

Yeah, it is! Stake team has announced about it in their telegram channel. Stake made the first change when I was near to platinum one rank, same thing happened when I was near to platinum two rank. Now I'm on the way to platinum three rank. I always missed the opportunity to get the VIP host for those changes. Don't know how to react on these sudden changes of Stake VIP host system. Probably I'm not going to get the VIP host at Stake in the near future.

Gradually Stake may increase the requirement to diamond VIP rank, who knows! Now the requirement for getting a VIP host is Platinum 4 VIP rank, 2.5 million dollars wagering is required to reach that rank.

Yes, that's why I'm not buy the story.

My first time playing on stake, I don't even know about a weekly claim, rank up reward from zero to silver/gold and some support guys dm me and remind about the unclaimed reward. Geez, I missed a lot claim weekly and monthly because don't really know.

The lucky things, If you missed the rank up reward still can be claimed but for weekly/monthly missed claim you can't claim if already passed the month.

But it's also possible that they are selectively scamming people. Can you create a thread on scam accusations by presenting all the documents instead of sharing them here? That would be great to have a look at.

Let the guy give proofs. Why should he go and create other thread while he can post everything here? If he has 100% proof of being scammed, I think it would be useful to others to see this information. But only if he has something to show us. If not, I think it is a good idea to deduct a bunch of his trust:)

The similar cases can be found on alternative crypto casinos, the requirements by regulators push them to ask KYC from customers especially if the majority of users are from restricted areas. Eddie had clearly said on Saturday stream he will never froze account, the withdrawal mode will stay active since they don't have intentions to take winnings from Stake accounts. Hopefully Stake team will professionally handle such situations and you will get your funds back fully. Just my 2 cents.

That can also happen not because of KYC related matters but because a user has done a thing that are not stated in the rules which resulted for their accounts to put on hold and the owner of the casinos has the right to ban the account or to confiscate the funds if proven to be guilty of doing abusive acts.

I have played on stake casino and they do not ask me to do a forced KYC but there are options to manually verify your KYC. This has benefits that it can give you extra bonus if you are participating on the promotions on their forum. Posting complaints here does not scratch the reputation of this casino because they are already legendary and have good records.

I am very far to become platinum rank on Stake and will never reach it, but why would it be difficult to educate people to become VIP host? You just need to have a good knowledge over the site and can handle rude customers. In my eyes, it doesn't look so difficult but maybe I am overseeing things...

Educating new people might be easy but finding trusted people who can be responsible for the job is not that easy.
It may take longer time and complicated process than what we have in our mind.
Being VIP host is not that easy,1 host may handle and responsible for several hundred users.
It is not only about the basic knowledge over the site but also about managing hundreds of user.
Which mean, someone need to be at least well educated and well experienced in that area to be a VIP host.

Whereas I hit Platinum 1 8 months ago now 39% towards Platinum II somehow i can hit platinum 4    what sucks is the reload bonus is also removed?
We understand if the VIP host is removed due to limitations but why reload too , maybe with this new rule i won't be obsessed with chasing new levels.

Sounds not really fair for those who were trying hard to catch the platinum 3 lately. Lets say some users are few percent remaining to Plat 3 and they are happy enough because they are getting closed to the new level and they hope to get the first experience of VIP host. Unexpectedly there is a sudden change on the requirement, I'm sure those players are disappointed (at least a bit) with the change. I think Stake should also give a compensation for those who are affected with the new rule. I had my experience with VIP host long time ago when the rule had not changed but I lost the VIP host due to the 1st change. Frankly speaking, I did not really feel the benefit of having VIP host as I rarely communicated with her so I'm not that sad to lose it.

That's Why it's Called VIP. You have to gain/earn it if you want the benefit. Every user cannot be/ should not be a VIP. Right? Stakes getting thousands of new users every day. And every day a few of them reach Platinum 3 and they deserve a VIP host. To prevent having a lot of VIP hosts, They make the changes and make it harder to fill the requirements to get a VIP host. I agree with you that some users who are few percent remaining to Plat 3 will be disappointed about their new changes. but, it is what it is. They had to do make more profit. I guess you got my point. About Compensation, What type of compensation would you suggest? Level up? Or give them a VIP host who will reach Plat 3 in the next 3 days? Or some crypto?

I understand your point obviously, I do not blame Stake for the change. I know they had to do it, but I do not think it is 100% related to profit. Imho, it is just because Stake is not really ready for the huge growth of their players. Coming up to the compensation, I'm referring to the removed reload. It was something called by "guaranteed forever" where player can ask for it anytime they wish, but now it will be removed for platinum 3 (only 42 days when ranked up) means that those who have just ranked up to Plat 3 lately and those who are on the way to Plat 4 will have no more reload.
