Which email are you using ? If you are using gmail, then you should also check the "Promotion" tab in the gmail, as sometimes they send these types of promotional email in that section.

I was trying to claim my bonus from the mentioned link as I also did not get the email. But I keep on getting the below error. Now I get to know that I was not eligible for this month's bonus and hence the promotional link was not working at my end.

I wasn’t aware that Stake had changed the rule for bonuses, but not a bad idea to only reward bonuses to active player’s because earlier every user used to get it.

Also leave bonuses aside I have been seen people wager few $$ and yet make $1000+ @symphonized had shared many such winnings, hence one doesn’t need to wait for bonuses to keep experimenting with small amounts, rather they should keep trying because one may only win the big amount if he/she keeps trying.

For this one update I think it's okay this is the best way to reduce spam in the chat room also reduce multi users

I think, some of these people are only in the hunt for these players who are winning good. Who knows, they can really get some tips from them? But it is like begging and I don't agree about it. This is something that too much but if they do really see this as a solution about cheaters/abusers then it would be a good thing on getting rid of them via of this means or requirements.

For standard users, is this KYC still needed? I havent played on the site for a while but im much aware on that rain feature that they do have.
