Yeah since it was first of April, people assumed it was too early and there would be a few more. If it was during the regular time then nobody would even imagine a new second one but since it was out of the period they normally give it, and on the first of the month then people started to speculate if there will be more or not.

This is why I believe that we were expecting so much from stake even though they didn't even say anything, they never said they would give a second one, they just said the streams and the promotions that we already got, never said free money a second time this month at all. All in all, this isn't a big deal, we will get over it pretty quickly.

I also experience some lags few minutes ago when I was playing, game stopped many times so it seems that the upgrade is still running now.
Perhaps we need to wait until there is an official information on telegram that all the upgrades are done so we can play again without any issue.

Edit: few seconds ago, there is new update in telegram that they are down because they are working to restore services.

The bonus depends on user VIP rank and past month wager. The title of the monthly bonus message was related to Easter, but it wasn't an Easter bonus actually. I have received the similar bonus amount what I gets normally (during previous monthly) for my wager and VIP rank.

There is a chance of getting in trouble if he create an account by using the VPN service. Stake terms discourage the usage of VPN.

Stake has created a lot of mirror sites for their user. So, the best solution would be to use the mirror link if the main domain is blocked by your ISP.

For example, wagering 300k for last 5% worth getting $1600 juicy bonus definitely worth. This is true for plat 3 and higher levels, below blue star you will lose more than the bonus amount in most cases.
And don't forget possible reload set by Vip Host if you are old user registered before January when they changed the VIP rewards below plat 4.
It is not hard to reach 100% and get new rank but you have to make perfect calculations before doing bets just for completing wager requirements.

This VPN deal seems to be a big issue in most casinos and sportsbooks. Eddie wasted 3 hours of stream just clicking mouse and talking about TV series with employees. The most boring stream ever, they did delayed weekly raffle since it was impossible to get winners during lag. Few users lost money on crash due to disappeared cashout button on live house games.
Probably, he will compensate the drops next week since there was no single one due to the latest DDOS attacks. Steve and Mikey didn't even mention what caused such delays and they didn't release the raffle winners fully. Next week 12 raffle winners will be on list.

I don't know how you checked and confirmed that it was a ddos attack, but if it's true, it's not good for the image of the casino to admit mistakes. I think they are still checking what really happened and there will be an official announcement from them soon.
