I have been playing lots of Slots in the last couple of months and the pattern is the same for almost all the Slots. They configure the Slot to give FREE spins regularly on the lowest bet amount, so you think the Slot is paying well.... then you increase your bet ..and it goes down rapidly with every increment that you increase your bet.

Ofc, each user should be treated personally by VIP hosts but the special privileges for high-rollers don't worth the required insane wagering requirements, just my personal opinion.
I also don't want to chase VIP rewards, since the last 2% on the plat2 account is worth more than $800 on Stake original games.  Better to use originals and keep wagering, after big loss go to doing bonus buys and cover the possible loss. This was my strat before hitting plat3 rank. The bonus didn't even cover the loss on the last day.

Forget about compensation, they will not take care of low ranks it looks like. The more Stake grows as gambling platform, the more problems appear especially for lower ranks. I doubt it is related to service quality, they have to make Vip host accessible for lower ranks too, IMHO.
