Whereas I hit Platinum 1 8 months ago now 39% towards Platinum II somehow i can hit platinum 4    what sucks is the reload bonus is also removed?
We understand if the VIP host is removed due to limitations but why reload too , maybe with this new rule i won't be obsessed with chasing new levels.

If you are ever chasing any VIP levels then you have to realize that Stake has the rights to change it whenever they want. You could be someone who reached the VIP level for the first time, you could be someone wagering a billion dollars a day, doesn't matter what type of gambler you are, in the end the casino is owned by Stake and they have the rights to change it to however method they see fit.

This is why I believe that we are talking about changes all the time and some people like it, some people ignore it and some people like you may not like the changes and none of that really matters. I know that doesn't sound like a good thing for you, you spend so much money and end up with something you were promised and yet didn't get. But, you have to realize that what you were promised is something that is there for that moment, nobody ever guarantees you that it will stay there forever.

Hope they will explain, it is truly disgusting for old players above plat2. Why there is no room for low rollers while everything is done in favor of high rollers? Low-rank players should be able to race up to gold, the separate race or raffle for plat+ players also will make it fair. Ofc, no one can say high-roller to wager low or cut his raffle winnings but it should be fair for low ranks too, IMHO.

You cannot expect any gambling house to take care of the low rank users like they do with the high rollers  . Get into a casino and spent $100 and do you expect a suit and a VIP treatment like a user who spend millions . Stake is giving level up bonus and rake back bonus and once you reach bronze which is not a huge task you get weekly and monthly bonus and what more to expect  .

I remember reaching Platinum1  less than 2 months since I created my account I feel it was my best achievement because I was too excited

I think you’ll are being bit too harsh on Stake after all they’re running a business which means they need to prioritise some user’s more, and I see nothing wrong with that because after all they need to have a profitable model in place to constantly grow itself.

Unfortunately, it works like this for all companies in the niche. They start with low reputation and non-traceable history and they tend to attract new gamblers at this period. They bust their ass at that period as they badly need new clients. Once they are known and reputable, they start to calculate each penny. That is how it works in reality. And Stake confirms this general rule

It's not entirely true they offer a lot of bonuses on many sides and there are only changes on the one hand more precisely the new rules
How they do as you say when new competitors continue to come it's the same as they provide space for competitors which can certainly harm business.

The VIP's getting more attention is not really something unique for stake neither. All casinos in the world would do something like that. If a person who wagered over a million dollars in a single month comes out and says that they are facing a problem, you wouldn't care about the guy who lost 105 bucks in gambling, you would ignore that for a second and take care of the rich one first. That is how business' stay afloat.

I would love to see a world where we all have enough help and nobody gets priority help compared to other people. However, we do not live in that world and it is normal for some people to get the attention of a company more than the other people.

In my opinion it is exaggerated to say like that. Increasing the requirement to reach the benefits in the VIP program does not mean the less care about low or small players. Live support is still there, any players regardless the rank are still able to contact live support. As long as I know, VIP host works similar to Live Support but in different place. Live support is on the site while VIP host is on telegram. Live support is available 24/7 while VIP host is not available 24/7.

Increasing the requirement is fine but removing some benefits from those who have reached the level before the change is not fair enough for the players. Ofc, it is understandable for gambling platforms taking care of high rollers but my opinion was about the permanent reload that promised lifetime for those who get Vip Host. Few months ago, it was permanent reloads on their FAQ and rewards page, the account will never lose the privileges once user reaches that required level.  Now you have to wager the secret quota to be eligible for VIP rewards, otherwise, you will be kicked out untill reaching hidden wager level on monthly basis. It is not fair for old players and they can hire more Staff since the growth is exponential.. Just my 2 cents.

Rather than change the rank VIP Host is better to add more job vacancy for VIP Host. I got "VIP host" with channel user more than 200 people, so basically, 1 VIP Host is really handled by a lot people.

Add more VIP Host rather than changing the rank is more better, If stake want to change the rank VIP host should be for the new account afther the change happen. The old account still using the old rank and then the new account register after the change will using the new rank VIP Host.

I do not think it is as easy as just adding more VIP hosts. Stake must balance their income and their expenses and they cannot afford to inflate their labor cost beyond their financial abilities. Just have a look at all the money being spend on things like Signature campaigns / Sponsorships / Challenges / Giveaways / Mods / Weekly&Monthly bonuses and the cost to host and maintain the site.

Also, some Platinum I to III players are flat broke and sucking on reload bonus to gamble (just watch the subtle begging in the chat) .... so why should Stake continue offering special treatment to players that hardly generate an income for them or being an expense? (VIP hosts are a ongoing commitment that needs to be funded) Note : I am one of the people that qualified and then it was changed.. LoLz

I should say, that a minimum wager amount should be linked to the VIP Offer .... Example : If a player wagered more than say $2 000 000 in 3 months... he or she will be eligible for special treatment. (The amount is just an example.. it might be much lower or higher)

You should only receive a permanent VIP host after you reached Diamond level and above.

I agree, labor cost for like 100 extra VIP hosts should be peanuts for Stake. They are paying a lot of money to popular streamers (they did a big "transfer" some time ago also), so money for paying the VIP hosts should be available. They have probably grown a bit too fast and now the players with a platinum rank are paying the price for that.
