One thing I noticed on Stake.com is that they are not giving tutorials or manuals, explaining to new users how their games work. So, if you are new to say Sports betting, you will not know what to do. I approached their support staff and they acknowledged that and said that they are willing to teach new people how to use the different games, if they get stuck.
I think that takes away support from people who actually have game based problems and a quick tutorial on each game would not take a lot of time to implement. What do you guys think.... should they create tutorials for every game for the newbies?

I think Dracco and other twitch feeds do a pretty good job at bringing people into the fold and teaching them at the same time. Most people finding their way to the site will have a rough understanding of most of the games. As for sports betting their actually is a run down in the forum for the site that I saw being promoted on twitter, only reason I know. Speaking of twitter...I have asked for the Mega race to be played at a later time once a month if possible. Lot of us North Americans are in bed still, especially on the West coast. #eddiesfootfetish

Ah, thank you very much for these links, I did not know about them. You should give these handy guides to the support personal to give to people if they ask about this. It would be nice if the chatbot could have a automated response to display these links, if you ask about this on the chat screen. < The problem with this is the bet requirements to enable you to chat or to ask for help there and also the hostile response you might get if you did > It is nice that the tutorials are provided on your own forum and not external links to other sites, because that would open up a whole can of worms, if you get redirected to malicious phishing sites.

You are very welcome! I am sure you will receive full explanation about any game if you reach out to support. As for the chat, come on, they are not that hostile. I am really proud of our Sports chat and users who are there all the time. From a support standpoint they are perfect, not creating issues at all. Dusan and me are there almost all the time (aside from having to sleep a bit) and are always happy to help.

Thank you for sharing the tutorials and this is the only issue with me as i had no idea how to play majority of the games in the casino, some of the games looks fancy but since i had no idea about the games on how to play and in the past i tried checking for tutorials and yet it was not available and hence i simply left those and good to see people have taken the effort to come up with tutorials.

As said previously, newbies might not meet the minimum wager requirements to access the chat section, so they will not know about it, if it was enabled there. I think a better suggestion would be to put a small "?" next to each game and then to link that to the tutorials on the forum. Some of these tutorials are also a bit complicated, so I would suggest that it might be made a bit more "newbie" friendly. < Hint - Sports betting > You can even add a "tutorials" tab at the top of the page, next to the casino / Sport betting tabs to give quick access to those tutorials. In any way, Stake.com is still a work in progress and a new site, so we might be expecting too much, too soon.

Hey, Sportsbetting has been around for ages and there should be tons of tutorials around. But if you ask our support they will also provide you with good tutorials. We actually have one very nice presentation that was made by our sportsbook manager for our customer support team training on sports. I think that would be helpful to you. As for other games we made quite some tutorials and uploaded to youtube unfortunately youtube is not very friendly towards gambling lately You can always ask our support and they will do their best to assist you.

Now considering that fact, I didn't see that many tutorials neither, I mean I know all the games myself and that is why I didn't need any but never put myself in the shoes of people who would basically go in completely blind as well. Maybe you should consider like a "tutorial" button or maybe "learn how to" type of button, it could be very very tiny somewhere on the page of that game and it would basically show on the website with clicks and buttons on what does exactly what and that would help these people out.
On the other hand I am not entirely sure if people who are willing to gamble all that much money to casinos have zero idea about gambling, sure there could be some but I doubt there are many of them, probably just a very few.

There are a lot of tutorials on our Forum - https://forum.stake.com/That is a great suggestion, maybe we can have short tutorial videos next to each game on Stake. Will suggest that to the guys! If you have any more ideas send them here or you can send ideas to the Support team on Stake!

Most gamblers know very well how to play certain games and don't really need any tutorials. How often does someone go to a physical casino, take out a $100 bill and go to a Blackjack table and just guess how to play the game? Almost never. They probably won't even want to risk betting $1 if they didn't know what they were doing. Hence this is the reason why many of the traffic to casinos usually just plays slots since its pretty much automatic as soon as you pull the lever. Either money comes out meaning you've won or nothing happens which means you lost. I think if tutorials or animations on how to play were required then most websites would have them. Even a simple link to some private Youtube videos would help. However its not really an issue so most sites don't post animated tutorials like that. The only sites in my opinion that need tutorials are those weird crypto games where you have no idea how they work since its a new and up and coming crypto gambling site and you can't figure it out even on demo that you just close the window and move on to the next site. I remember there was a site like this and all I remember is that it had 2 dice and had no idea how to play it exactly and after 30 seconds just left and haven't returned.
