i would really like you to explain how someone can put 4btc at such a odds. Because whoever I asked and who I communicated with about your bookmaker, everyone was complaining about small limits. this doesn't seem to me to be real (unless eddie played this: D), or maybe the player lost millions, so you let him play like this (I know now you tell thet you do not decide about limits, it's a providers decision ...). I play a lot with you and the only places where I managed to bet 1btc or a little more are the strongest leagues in football (even my status seems to be increasing, my limits are lower and lower). i would love to hear from other forum members if anyone really has this limit? my max limit on table tennis is 0.3 btc but it is mostly 0.0 ....btc (or bether this way , maximum win never goes 0.3btc ). Thanks
4 BTC on table tennis is huge, maybe that event had high stake limits or maybe someone with very high VIP rank is enjoying his benefit. I also seem to get around ~0.3 BTC -0.5 BTC max stake. Who knows? bet is right there and couldn't doubt it. Also the screenshot provided by Symphonized is showing the other guy winning but actually Naida won that match with different scoreline. Not sure what happened there. Basically the more you lose, the more you can lose, the more you win, the less you can win, simple as that. What the sportsbooks do is the simple trick that if a person starts to gamble their own max and lose a ton, they put that as a sign like "this much this person lost so far" and when it reaches to a point where gambling with a higher max and winning wouldn't really hurt their profit from you, they allow you and because you played so much and lost so much they basically expect the same. This goes on until like 10 btc if I am not remembering wrong, maybe that was dice I don't now but I know there was a 10 btc bet somewhere here. Of course some people could abuse it and simply just bet the max on the bad odds and lose and when higher one opens they start to win, but many fail and lose even more while trying this .

Today I tried betting on several different matches of the same event/tournment of table tennis and the limits were very small- not crossed 0.3 at all and in many matches it was just 0.02-0.04 I asked live chat about it they said it depends upon the Tournment so how exactly did that guy place 4 btc on a 4 odd match in the same tournment where we other users are not allowed to win more than 0.3 at max?

There's definitely quite a few people with those limits.
Solution: Lose more.

Solution: Lose more. LOL So with that logic, if Stake.com is really honest and good sportsbook, why they don't post the biggest losses as well? Now that I see, that player must have lost at least 1000 btc in order to earn those limits so if I don't sound too rude, that win was such a pitty on that player and Eddie posted it as a huge mighty win? Shame on the management

Zero sportsbooks post large losses. Send me a link to any sportsbook that used "Player X lost $XX,XXX betting on Team Y" to marketing. No one ever complains about posting large casino hits either. For all we know, that player could be up a lot with that bet. It is a huge win (though probably not to that player). Recreational players can still win, just likely not long term without an insane amount of luck. Stake is honest and good because they pay out winnings without issues very quickly.

No I am certainly not trying to dignify the trust of Stake, of course it is trustworthy in terms of deposits/withdrawals they do are good in that but what I am concerned about is Marketing way off the limit and probably giving wrong dreams to small earners, because it certainly is not what it looks like! to be able to win that big in sports one must first lose 200 times more than that & now the worst thing that their staff is ignoring the issues going on in this thread about that user deposit problem etc.

Limits actually go up and down way quicker than that. If you're already an active player at Stake, chances are you might be able to ask support/your VIP host to raise limits for you as well.

Today I tried betting on several different matches of the same event/tournment of table tennis and the limits were very small- not crossed 0.3 at all and in many matches it was just 0.02-0.04
I've noticed that max stake is 0.02- 0.03 when match hasn't started yet but max stake increases to like 0.1- 0.2 when match gets started depending upon the odds on the selection. So if you want to move on with slightly increased stake then you can do Live bets. Thanks for explanation @DarkStar_ , @darewaller

Relatively new to the site but I like it. Of course I can be a better judge when the real sports section opens up!
Im currently betting on esports and I like the market, games are up early, odds are fair and the grading is quick!
I will be using it as my main sportsbook!

I have forward all your complains to Edward and waiting for an answer either from him or other Stake's Staff Member to clarify all sorts of issues. In the meantime think about this is not a complain / accusation topic section and one should be used for such discussions. Thank you for your understanding 🏆 [0.08 BTC] King's Day | Cards Challenge 🎴Baccarat: Win a bet by betting on Player; however both Banker and Player need to have black K card in their hands Black Jack: Win a bet with natural BlackJack, but it would have to be K + A (or A+K), with both cards either in ♠️ or ♣️ Video Poker: Win a three of a kind with K cards. Bets do not have to be consecutive. https://forum.stake.com/topic/34828-%F0%9F%8F%86-008-btc-kings-day-cards-challenge-%F0%9F%8E%B4/

Good, would be better if they can come to this thread as well to clarify everything. Hopefully all complains and accusations can be solved with a win-win solution. In the meantime think about this is not a complain / accusation topic section and one should be used for such discussions. Thank you for your understanding I cant fully agree with this. This ANN thread created to discuss or communicate between users and Stake. As long as the complains are legit and the users are not just spreading FUD then I think it is OK to discuss any issues or complain in this topic.

You do not have to like a website with everything in it as well. You can for example like the website itself, but hate the management if you want, or you can love the team, but you think website could get some improvements, you may like the features and the code but hate design. Basically you can find a lot of stuff you can both love about stake but also hate about as well. I am known to be disliking the work symphonized given for example and said that probably a million times already, dude comes in here everyday, posts race information, leaves and literally gets paid for that, I am 99% sure there could be a bot made for that. Whenever we discuss something important, he simply ignores it and not even respond unless it is something positive. I assume he tells the discomfort to other team members so not like he does nothing but he doesn't tell us this so it looks like he does nothing of value for stake.

Besides that i can tell you that i don't answer / ignore the complains because it's not my department to answer them and i have no information regarding such situations (you can check my title: Brand Manager, not Support or someone that should solve your issue). The only thing i can do is advertise, keep the topic alive and see what the community hates / likes to get as best news and that's it. Complains are always forward to my superiors either directly to Edward or the Support team. Sometimes you might notice i don't have to answer since the Support team does that for me just like Micro or KatarinaS I hope i have clarified your doubts and thoughts.

Furthermore she’s done nothing wrong by coming here and promoting the sites, as it’s part of Stake and Primedice marketing plan, and she’s never claimed that’s she’s here for support so stop blaming, and attacking her. Lastly you could learn some ethics from her on how to work efficiently, and how to deal with trolls/haters like you. (...)
Hello CoinSkipper, We (Stake Staff) have been pronouncing several times now both here at Bitcointalk and our Socials that each individual Gambler should make their accounts more secure. Things like enabling your 2FA, Email Confirmation and even checking your Sessions (Account -> Settings -> Sessions) on a regular basis is important. There's nothing Support can do as refunding you since bets have been placed and it was by someone that had access to your account. I would suggest you to enable such verifications and change your password to a more safer unused anywhere else one.

For everyone questioning such high Player limits here is Edward's answer:
Players limits are adjusted with accordance to their gameplay. This is standard across all sports books.
Due to the nature of sports betting (Fixing, cheating etc.), players are initially given lower limits. As we get to know our customers we will continue to raise these limits. If you would like your limits looked into, feel free to ask support.
I hope it was clarified why such high bet amounts for specific sports.
For such inquiries you can also ask Support and i am sure you will get your answers immediatly (if they can provide you with such).

I am sorry to presume your gender, that is on me and my bad. Also, I am in no way a hater, been playing on primedice for over 6 years now and remember literally the first version of primedice, the v1 that was literally the release version when it first started and moved from just-dice when they decided to use clam instead of bitcoin as well. I was here when 2000 bitcoin was stolen and I was here when people literally used autoclick programs to abuse the faucet. Moved to stake the moment it got created by the team as well. I was literally giving an example of this, I love stake and I will play here forever until either I die or stake closes for a reason yet that doesn't mean I have to like everything about it. I don't know what job requirements of a Brand Manager so maybe you are doing exactly what you are suppose to do and congratz for that. However, wouldn't it be great for Stake to actually hire someone who would be constantly here and talk with people as well? Instead of just sharing one message per day and leave. Is it so disgusting to expecting stake to have a community manager that is in talks with the customers as well?
@Juggy777, I am sorry if my message looked troll or hateful but if you check it, I have not really crossed any lines neither, trying to be as calm and "ethical" as I can while also just giving my own opinion, I am sure sharing my view can't be considered "attacking" for some reason, I am just sharing my own opinion, you may agree or disagree that is fine but my message had absolutely nothing that was aggressive at all.
