I have been playing at stake or have been around stake for whenever they started, I have been at the early days of primedice, I literally remember when primedice didn't existed, I have been around for that long. And I haven't seen a single time this team didn't paid anyone who actually played legitly.

Either there could be an issue or there could be some rule breaking and so forth because I have seen plenty of times back in the day when people decided to double spend method and failed because stake basically do not give you the money that you won illegally, they are quite good at that and many people complained and the real truth comes out. So, either your issue will be fixed as well if you really think you did nothing wrong don't worry about it, or its just another scammer.

So what happened was your account got hacked and someone tried to sell your account? Or they just banned your account? Collecting proofs on accounts that are being sold isn't easy and whenever you break the terms casinos won't always show the proof because it could make the situation more complicated. Bitinity already answered very well so there is really no need to respond again but I wanted to add couple of things to it. Faucet was never for people who would win a jackpot with it, the idea was not to gamble with it and make money with it, for all intents and purposes you should never make any profit from the free money that you get. Telling a story about how you won a jackpot with it basically is the main reason why stake no longer has faucet, because people won jackpots with it.

Faucets were never meant to make you rich, nor make you money, hence they are gone now because of it, but there is free gambling now if you want. All other reasons are BS as well, if you don't trust it, don't play, if your money ends up zero, don't gamble simple as that.

Faucet abusing may cause various problems, but for most users (especially beginners) gambling with faucet is a good chance to enjoy and test the site.

There was two type of different faucet abusers who are really not all the reason why faucet was gone. One of them was people who only played with faucet and never deposited which wasn't the reason why there was faucet, normally faucet is there so that you can check the website and then stop using it and deposit some money to gamble, but I can understand these people, you can constantly gamble with faucet, and even maybe make some money with it once in 40 years or something because its rare and its fine, these people are not really the main reason why faucet was gone.

The real reason why faucet is gone was the people who used bots and other technological improvements to constantly bet and constantly wager to make as much money as they can from it without even working, they used it like passive income.
