If something did go wrong as you suggested... it would not have benefited them in any way to stop coming here, because people tend to turn to the platform where there are the most users to complain about problems with services and sites. We have seen several threads where people lash out against casinos in the past, when they feel cheated. Stake.com can also not hide from this forums scam accusation section, if they do anything wrong.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0Stake does not need to do any wrong as they are an established site. New sites look for cheap things to get money but the trusted sites never spoil their reputation. Stake will reach to that high level sportsbook one day. Do not worry about it today because let's be honest they are still brand new and they have all the other things they have to worry about so they couldn't put 100% into sportsbook. The difference between stake and other places is that other places do not have all of this at once, stake does. It means they are not going to be able to invest all their efforts into just sportsbook. Sure they have troubles now but that doesn't mean they are not aware of it, they are quite aware of it and will work towards fixing it. Specially the live game bugs, they are horrible and hurts them as well, don't you think they will try to fix something that causes them to lose money as well? Obviously they will want to fix it so they can make more profits as well. |

I don’t know what did I miss but there’s not even a single shred of evidence posted here that proves that Stake has scammed anyone, and further I too agree with you’ll that Stake is a legit site and it will never scam it’s user’s. Also @darewaller whenever I have encountered any problem with Stake their support staff have quickly provided a fix for it, and as far as their sports book is concerned I feel that they’re doing decent promotions to attract the gamblers to wager out there. |

I agree that the UI is less responsive but it's not much of an issue unless you mostly place your bets on their live odds together with the cashout.
The live odds are what I usually bet on in betting sites which is where I faced a ton of issues due to which I stopped betting there completely. The worst thing is that these issues continue to persist despite so many people complaining about them. whenever I have encountered any problem with Stake their support staff have quickly provided a fix for it, and as far as their sports book is concerned I feel that they’re doing decent promotions to attract the gamblers to wager out there.
I guess you don't bet on live odds a lot then. Also, the lag in their book can be observed in their casino games as well on a regular basis. |

Players considering Stake most likely don't have Pinnacle as an option, or aren't considering them anyways.
In terms of KYC, I agree that Stake is better since Pinnacle has that requirement though I submitted my KYC there anyway since I was tempted by their odds which proved to be a good decision on my part in the long term. Stake does not have any KYC and that is why I have an account at stake. I do not prefer to play on casinos who make KYC compulsory for without any reason. KYC is not as bad as you guys are making out to be. Of course you are free to pick a website that doesn't have KYC at all and nobody could say anything about it, if you do not want to play on a place that has KYC that is your own decision. However KYC was created not by the casinos but by the governments, to prevent money laundering and black money coming into market which is not really a bad thing, you might see it with intervention of government on your money but it is still a legit deal, plus it is probably used on taxes as well where if you try to avoid taxes you will be caught. Now I know that people do not like it when governments take taxes so if you can avoid it you will want to, but it is also governments job to make you pay those taxes as well. All in all, KYC is not a bad thing, it is a legal related thing and you should not really be hating it, or at least hate casinos for it. |

Stupid site still didnt answer my email (2 weeks now) and cant use chat support.
Problem still exists but they dont give a fuck. THought nitro support was bad but this takes it to a new level.
Your username speaks a lot about you and please try to be a little soft when you speak about reputed and long running casinos (I mean stake not nitrogensports ) maybe you can have a little patience and some respect. I have been betting at primedice and stake since years and I never had any issues let alone solving them if I ever had little problems here and there. if you have an issue you feel they are ignoring you just make a post here with proper details and believe me you will have it solved very soon. I don't know how support team is not able to help you when all I praise stake is for their amazing support team who are not just answering like bots like other casinos instead helping in real time. |

I wasn't talking about the issues when it is individual, you are definitely not going to have too much of that and they will certainly fix anything that you have encountered for sure as well. I was talking about general problems with the sportsbook side, like famous live betting issues that they have for over a month now that hasn't been fixed, which is not really a big deal for me since I don't gamble on live games but people do that and they had that problem. Promotions could "sound" nice to you but I gamble on some other places as well and promotions for sportsbook is not even close to other places, there are places giving out 1 bitcoin to winners and such. Like I said, stake is an amazing and unbelievable website, it is probably the best casino out there in the whole world (digitally, not just crypto but generally) but that doesn't mean their sportsbook needs some help. |

The egyptian type name is for the first slot imho, the new one looks like in Japanesse theme (samurai to be exact). Cant wait to try this new slot, hopefully there will be something like early access and of course with coupon code for new game Hope it will be ready to try before this month end. |

While we are at it, the sportsbook still has that live bet game problem, that live game issue causes a lot of us not to gamble as well, I was basically forced to move to another sportsbook even though I play on the stake casino part, I would rather play both at the same place and that means sportsbook in stake should fix their live betting system. Aside from those two, everything is basically amazing here, like perfect without any troubles.

So it does mean something as it takes time for Stake to create and develop the new slot game. Adding a whole new game? Is it something that is not available on any other online casinos? Sure it will be interesting but as a casino, I do believe it is better to add games that are popular already so it is easier to gain traffic.
