Average support ticket time has gone down to less than 4 hours. We're going to work on getting that even lower now that we have a viable way of being able to create a trustless system to deal with support issues.

Let me know if you ever feel our support team is not up to standards and we will review the tickets individually and ensure we work on any mistakes. Well that is your view. I would like to point out it was james who said he was going to invest 5 BTC.  he made the offer i never asked for this.. He said if we do well from the 2 BTC deal he would invest 5 BTC.  At no point did I say hey james give me 5 btc.. So get your facts right. HE MADE THE OFFER OF 5 BTC TO ME... Not the other way round.


Initially i offered that before you paid out my 2btc + profits. Then once paid out you kept pushing me to invest it remember? I requested you to pay everyone else first and then you posted some tx id's which were unclaimed by any of the investors here. Few days down the road you pm'd me again explaining the scenario and requested me for a loan. I declined that too and told you to come clean to the public. Glad you came clean though and wish you all the best in getting this sorted. Don't pull me into the picture here.

Where are my fucking BTC admin?? Not enough to have lost at least 30 BTC???
Are you so impatient as to wait just one day for the support to answer? It is due to the recent malleability attack on bitcoin which is causing the issues, more importantly , have you contacted support yet?

Yes a wrote to support but why my bitcoin have been spent yet by admins and I don't have nothing received on my balance?  Huh

Not customers fault the blockchain has been attacked.  If customer deposits they should be informed.   I see they have disabled deposits while this issue is resolved.  PS I have been waiting over 1 week for support from PD admin's  I have even posted here asking and been ignored.. very ignorant and downright disgraceful from such a big site with so many users..

PS I was also banned from chat by some pissed off admin having a badddd day.. and I am not the first to feel the ban stick of mods on PD few other's complain also.

Also check out https://blockchain.info/double-spends . There is tons of double spends.

I will try to explain in short why deposits and withdrawals are delayed.

There is attack on bitcoin network going on atm.

And there are a lot of double transactions. What happens is that you may see your deposit ass confirmed but we get the other txid on which its rejected or considered double spent. And it wont get automatically credited to balance.

This is not Primedice issue. Every bitcoin site has the same issues atm. Especially on chain sites like Luckybit.

And there is nothing we can do except wait for bitcoin network to correct itself.

If that doesn't happen soon, Primedice will start manually sorting deposits and withdrawals.
But for that we need fully functioning bitcoin network, which at this moment is not functioning as it is supposed to.



As for support reply time. For most of the day (8-10 hours full time)  that time is under 1 hour. And to get first reply from support should never take more than 12 hours from now on.

If you submitted ticket a while ago and did not get reply, please submit ticket again and it will be looked at ASAP.
Also please note that you can now only submit tickets from Primedice "HELP" form. And not by sending an email to support@primedice.com

If you are not happy with reply you got, send complaint to support@primedice.com .

We're working on getting a handle on some of the issues that have been caused by this recent attack on bitcoin that has seemingly effected a minority, yet still a large # of users (primedice accounts for a significant % of bitcoin transactions).

A lot of transactions are seemingly in limbo with people's wallets claiming it is either confirmed or pruned/nonexistent. This has to do with the transaction malleability attack that took place on the bitcoin network. You have my word that I will sort out every single legitimate issue caused by this attack. At the end of the day, if you sent us coins and two transactions were created as a result of this malleability attack, we do not care. If we received your coins you will get credited just please give us time to sort through this, our system likely did not credit you as a security measure but you will be manually taken care of.

I insist that everyone read: https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/the-who-what-why-and-how-of-the-ongoing-transaction-malleability-attack-1444253640 to get an idea of the situation. This issue will hopefully be resolved in BIP 62, we'll look to making some improvements to our wallet software to better handle this.

1)if they aren't on the forum checking for their favourite websites,they don't even search an explanation for the issue.
2)in the best case you get called out as nerd,because you spend your "life" on the forum. We do have lifes too and we mostly do stuff even outside the computer.

Eh, I think your comparison is a bit off. Let's do a bit of quick math here, and see where that takes us.

384 losses in a row, 4% win chance (96% lose chance):
(0.96)^384 * 100% = ~0.00001557%

That is pretty small - but how many losses in a row at 50% win chance would have a similar probability?
(0.5)^23 * 100% = ~0.00001192%

So although pretty unlucky, getting 384 losses in a row at 4% win chance is actually more likely than getting just 23 losses in a row at 50% win chance. (Not even taking into account any house edge!)
It's a bitter pill to swallow, but not an unbelievable case - there have been documented losing streaks of up to 31 losses at 2x (49.5% win chance) before.
Nonetheless, sorry for your loss. I hope this clears up any confusion/bewilderment around it though.

Try to do some simulation, for example on this website: http://streakcalc.azurewebsites.net/

There is 15 million bets per day on Primedice, so sometimes impossible streaks happen, i have never seen anyone complain about winning streaks they happen too, once i hit 100x payout 3 times in a row and 1100x payout twice in a row Tongue That was random is, you can never know what happens...

You can unless your VPN has been banned because someone used it to DDOS the site.

Try a different one.

Or just go to Tor and take a shower and do the dinner while the site loads

At the moment Primedice's support is much faster than before as Micro is doing nice job into support section and account recovery option is so easy with email account we can recover our account, Stunna is providing legit gambling and so much improvement has been implemented there.

What frustration? Seeing people lose their money? That does not frustrate me.

What proof exactly? There is no proof or required proof. PD is designed to make profit either people win or lose. And exponentially leads itself to naturally bigger profits, since it's hardcoded for you to lose.

Why did I mention scamming? Because these people behind it have no morals and no transparency, as long as they take your bitcoins away.
