I spoke to the admins already, and you're on the list of people to help as soon as an admin comes online that can refill the hotwallet.  ~Randall i heard MICRO was handling the support issues lately ?is he fired again or he dosent has permission to hot wallet ? Hot wallet being empty != support issue , it is something that only admins have and should have access to. maybe you didnt went all the way back in this thread and commented ,little knowledge is dangerous. however MICRO was being promoted to ADMIN and was about to lose his M . ie.. mod status. |

Well MICRO has been promoted to Admin status, different from the actual admin, and I'm sure MICRO doesn't have access to Cold wallet(which is used to fill the hot wallet) as well which probably contains more than 1k btc, no offense to MICRO but would be crazy to hand that amount to anyone over the internet. BTW shouldn't the process of filling hot wallet be automatic? And I notice Stunna himself had replied in the thread saying that someone was paid 100 btc, which should've emptied the hotwallet(if it was paid from it that is). And lastly, yes I know about the Mod and Admin status, but thats only for chat. |

I'll try to address all the questions posed here. First off, you are correct, MICRO has moved to the Support team, however he does not have access to refilling the hot wallet. That's usually up to Stunna/Edward and maybe a couple others. They are very protective, for obvious reasons. I've never heard anything about MICRO losing Mod status, so I'm not sure where that came from. He's always been great. And lastly, the hot wallet is a manual process to prevent massive losses in the case of a bug/exploit. It's much easier to mitigate losses when you have someone watching the funds. I think Stunna mentioned BalsaMar winning 200btc or so, but shortly after that he lost it, so it may have been someone else that cleaned out the hot wallet. ~Randall |

And of course that i don't have access to cold wallet which is used to fill hot wallet. I also don't have access to users balances, nor do i have ability to change users password if it has more than very small amount of bitcoins. And to be honest i would not like to have that responsibility. All issues on support has been solved and there are currently just 4 pending tickets. Support average first response time is now 2.3 hours. It can take a bit longer sometimes if issue is more complex and i cant solve it but its nowhere near what it was before. If i cant solve the issue right away or without help of Admins/Dev i will at least keep you updated on what is going on and answer all the questions. Cheers. Btw this time issue wasn't low hot wallet. Bitcoin core had some issues. Primedice hot wallet is usually kept at pretty big amount to accommodate 24/7 big withdrawals. |

Well congrats Hui that is a cool story. Thanks for sharing the madness to your method. I have tried and tried to hit the 9900 roll with no success, I just don't have the patients. True story I was playing the faucet for 9900x for a long time. I decided to go ahead and auto roll 10 rolls. My 6th roll, boom. I felt really sheepish:(
