Site is down indeed.
However, on the withdrawal limit, I disagree. The reason I think they took it is because they have a faucet. They want to chase people away who are there for the faucets. 3 times a *2 win and leave is not a way for a company to make good betting money. They are not there for the too small fishes.
However, if you insert just 1 dollar and bet wisely, it's not too hard to make some serious profit quickly. And that's when the withdrawal limit is quite fine.
The withdrawal limit used to be 50,000 BTC for a very long time. It was only until quite recently that it was changed to 100,000 BTC. Other than discouraging faucet abuse, my guess is that this has to do with the lower BTC price as well. 50,000 BTC was worth about $0.25 during most of 2014. Today, 100,000 BTC is worth about $0.25 so the end result is pretty much the same. What happened to PrimeDice's mega signature campaign?
Huh? Stunna ended the signature campaign months ago. It will probably be returning in some other form soon and Stunna seems to have confirmed this but just like the case with PD3, it seems to be taking a while.

FTFY. If the withdrawal limit is 100,000 btc, no one in the world can afford to play on PD except satoshi lol.

Yeah, that was what I meant. Had to triple check on Preev too since it looked like there were too many zeroes for some reason.

Nope, but as I said it can take a while. I applied for the first time in the beginning of october and only after posting a second time in that thread, a couple of pm's with Stunna, and finally posting in this thread about it, I got it boosted to 20% in februari....
Not sure why it took so long but my guess is that it's just at the bottom of the list of things to do and maybe rightfully so.

I doubt signature campaign will comes back any time soon. Stunna bought forum ads, and is bidding them again.
