Hi! Is there any problem with the support@primedice.com mail account?
Yesterday I sent a message to that email account to recover my Primedice password and I'm still waiting a response.

I forgot my pass and I want to continue playing on Primedice  Smiley
Sometimes we have to wait ~12hours to receive a response but in this case I'm waiting for more than 24h  Tongue

Hope you can review it and send a response soon!
Thanks a lot!

Cant we earn the referral commission from the faucet users? I thought that the only criteria to get commission was that your referral should wager more than 1000 Satoshi for you to get 1satoshi. If they wager 1000satoshi from faucet won we get their 1satoshi?

He isn't going to make a statement, he is going to publish a full story on the issue and I don't think he will be publishing it here.
Keep a check here- http://blog.primedice.com/ , the story will most probably come on the blog.

It is pretty normal for stunna to be late since he did promised us he "will" posted a detail explanation about it but he didnt set up a due date for it.
Each time he said "soon" it will actually means that it gonna takes a while. Anyway it isnt like he is owing to us. In the end It is his decision to either publish on how hufflepuff did the exploit or not publish it

He said, they are focusing on something else now, and basically he already posted before what the issue was and how it happened. (Hufflepuff=Robbinhood) but im not sure, so dont take this 100%, he said he will post it later, so just be patient Smiley

I wouldnt recommend the 90% route lol.

I hit like 90`s 3 times in a row before.

well i tried it and its give more loss than profit...each 10 rolls its always coming the red..

so now i never use 90% again,, the risk and reward ratio not too good..

Playing at 90% sucks like anything..

House edge will kill you Embarrassed
It isn't about the house edge it is about the probability of you recovering. To get 0.1BTC from 1BTC, you need to bet at 1.1x. You can easily lose them all in your first bet if you are unlucky. If you bet 0.1BTC at 2x, you will get the same amount of profit but if you lose, you can easily double it and the next one can be a win.

I'm not kidding about losing huge on the first low risk low winnings bet. It has happened before but on another dice site.

That is not his first bet. In fact, the player first started with 1700 btc and made his balance to 7000 btc through many "low risk" bets before that losing bet.
You can check http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1npmaq/highroller_loses_800k_with_allin_bet_on_justdice/ to see the whole story.

But yup it is all about luck. For 1.1x bets, you should lose 1 out of 10 bets in average. But you could hit it in your first try, or never hit it in 20 tries.

What is the Hufflepuff incident ?

Short answer: A player with the name Hufflepuff was "lucky" enough to make a profit of 2000+ bitcoin from PD in November, but later on Stunna said that he was cheating.
Long answer: Check https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=843892.0

Just had a suggestion.
Instead of making people wait for the transaction to get 1confirmation before showing up in the balance, its better if you check for the included tx fee in the transaction I.e if the transaction has 0.0001BTC/1000bytes as a tx fee then the bitcoins should be shown in the balance and in case of inappropriate fee, the balance should be credited when the tx has 1confirmation.

Stay hungry. Stay foolish.

I talked about the fee because its only when you don't include fee, double spends can be done and if there is a proper fee associated with the tx then double spend isn't possible so that's why I asked to check for a proper fee(I know fee isn't an issue for the customer or the site) and if there is a proper free then account should be credited immediately to reduce wait time.

Stay hungry. Stay foolish.

Yep, I think it really takes 24-48 hrs coz according to Stunna they're getting lots of e-mails.

What really clogs up the support process is recoveries & people attempting to scam with false reports. We can't just out-source support as we really do strive to maintain the privacy and security of our users.

We're trying to mess around with a few different options for recovery, we're not sure how secure it would be to do it via email or how many users would end up making use of that. For future websites we will likely require an email at signup for those wishing to recover.
