I could be wrong this is just what I think I know about primedice support, as I remember that they left their name on the ticket in each reply and it wasn't always MICRO's name.

Oh ok in my case I was thinking of the name mladen, if that is MICRO then perhaps he is still the only one replying to support tickets, along with primedices small support team they have one of the worst developers in my opinion. I think the thing that brought players to Primedice was there nice GUI and provability fair and the thing that kept players there is the chat and community which has died down a lot. Off topic but I think primedice needs to add some sort of new feature or something that will keep players there if they want to stay in business for much longer, along with speeding up support tickets and small things like that.

Your profit nor your coins will be held. The reason is probably an empty hotwallet. I would say waiting patiently is your best option right now. I sure hope support gets back to you asap but I'm afraid sometimes it takes a bit more than 90 minutes. Your money is safe though if it's just pending!

only me have this problem, so i think its not becuase empty hotwallet. almost 12 hours now.


Did you already ask other users whether they can withdraw their balance or not? If other users have the same problem then it mean hot wallet is empty and if other users able to withdraw their balance then there is something wrong with your account. I faced pending withdrawal due to empty hotwallet once and it took more than 24 hours for me to get my coins! Keep patient and hopefuly the problem will be solved soon!

MICRO is the head of PrimeDice support. He's the one replying to tickets. He is usually really quick to respond but maybe he's a bit busy which might be why he hasn't replied you yet. I didn't get a reply on my skype message yet either.

is there more than 1 support at primedice?
From what I know there are multiple supports replying to tickets but MICRO is the head support of primedice in general, but at one point I think MICRO was the one answering all the support tickets. I could be wrong this is just what I think I know about primedice support, as I remember that they left their name on the ticket in each reply and it wasn't always MICRO's name.


if i am not mistaken micro only support at primedice and using mladen nick while reply and because of that primedice has slowest support around except beign first at automated first replies
